    1. Condo kc yon. Why bring big dogs on a place na may mga ibang tenant.

    2. @4:17 It's so obvious you're not a dog lover. Hindi ikaw ang may ari ng mundo. May mga hayop at halaman din dito. Subukan mong lawakan ang pag-iisip mo.

      Delete

      Delete
    5. 8:00 Ate, condo yun. Magkakatabi lng ang units kaya hassle kapag maingay.

Here's a scenario. You came home from work, pagod na pagod. Gusto mong matulog. Tapos nag party ang next door neighbor mo at ingay nila. Di ka ba mag rereklamo? Another scenario. Nagkasakit ka, gusto mong magpahinga, ayaw mo ng ingay, at yung neighbor mo was playing music at a high volume.

Before Brandon transferred, everything was settled. Lahat coordinated pati yung dogs. The dogs were allowed kaya lang biglang kabig ang management kasi pitbull yung aso kahit pa napakabait nung mga aso.

    8. Usually Condos have a size limit for pets, and big animals are not allowed. Wala bang size restrictions doon sa leasing contract nila?

    9. pitbull should not be allowed in condo. kahit ako magrereklamo kung mkksalubong or mkksakay ko sa elevator, lol.

    2. We have 3 pitbulls and lahat sila never naging violent, kahit na tinatahulan sila ng 2 jack russel non stop never nilang sinaktan.

      Delete
People have diff feelings about dogs. Its about time you dog lovers accept that.

      Delete
    4. 1:25 where does your info come from? I suggest you do more research on pittbulls and their so-called tendency to attack w/out provocation. People like you propagate fear w/out basis.

    5. To all you pitbull haters, or big dog haters at that. Shame shame shame on you for sterotyping a breed juat because the news said he is this or he is that.

Ever heard of the saying, there is no bad dog, just bad owner. Pitbull is one of the sweetest breed. Know your facts. How dare you look down at a breed only because you are not fully informed on how that breed is?

      Delete
    6. 1:50 when it comes to fear do we really need basis? 2 lang yan dog lover at hindi. Tanggapin nyong hindi lahat kagaya nyo.. not that theres anything wrong with you loving dogs but dont force us to feel the same.

"W/out provocation" there you go... they DO attack.

      Delete
    7. Dog lover here! But I understand where the fear of people are coming from. Hindi ako nagka trauma after the incident. Pero hindi lahat kasi kagaya ko. Kaya naiintindihan ko yung fear nung ibang tao.

    16. To those who stereotype pitbulls as "aggressive" dogs, you reek of ignorance. No dog is born aggressive. Sadly, many humans are irresponsible and ignorant dog owners, so their dogs become unruly. We own a Belgian Malinois, a big dog. He is playful and friendly. It's the smaller, untrained dogs in the neighborhood who are aggressive. So don't stereotype pitbulls, just as you shouldn't stereotype humans. FYI, cat lover ako. I don't really like dogs. But I'm not so ignorant as to stereotype breeds.

Try as i might to suppress my fear pag nakakasalubong ko ang aso,di ko talaga kaya.

Kaya please,i respect ur love for ur dogs, pero sana respect nyo rin ang feelings ng mga kagaya ko. Thank you! ;)

      Delete
    5. It's not discrimination 10:33 it's simply safety precaution. Regardless of its breed a dog is a dog for those who fear it, how much more if it's as big as that. It's better to be safe than sorry..

      Delete
    6. 7:18 it is discrimination. Blacks, Asians, Hispanics are not welcome even if they are Americans too. Kung bawal aso, bawal lahat regardless of breed.

  10. I, for one (bilang takot sa dogs), do not trust pitbulls or any other aggressive dogs,Pag ba iniisip mo safety mo or safety ng mga mahal mo, ignorant ka na? Its a fact naman that those type of dogs really has the tendency to attack anyone..I dont hate dogs,i dont want them hurt or abandoned and may mga cute naman but i wouldnt own one. The thing with dog lovers kasi is parang kasalanan wag maging fond sa dogs. Telling us to be comfortable with dogs or love them like you do is like telling you, not to love them. Kainis diba? 14. My cousin had a pitbull. Super lovable and well-trained. One day a cat walked in front of him. In a split second he ripped the cat apart by the neck. We were all in shock, even my cousin. There's a reason why they have a notarious reputation. You can't blame people if they feel uncomfortable around them. If people dont want to live in a building with pitbulls, it's only appropriate that you respect it. And almost all condo associations prohibit large dogs anyway.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. it was your cousins fault for not socializing the dog while it was young. any dog would do that, not just pitbulls if not properly trained. kaya nga importante socialization when they are a few months old, introduce them to other pets like dogs, cats, birds, also let humans pet them all the time, even strangers, especially children para masanay sila and they understand those are not threats or prey.

      Delete
    2. In my humble opinion, I think my cousin did a good job taking care of that dog. Pero what it had happened inside an elevator and instead of a cat, it was a little child. I repeat, fault na kung fault ng cousin ko... pero ano maggawa natin if may nangyari na. My cousin goes to jail? Ok. He goes to jail. Pero nangyari na. Im so tired of people putting the needs of animals ahead of people. And dont get me wrong, I love dogs. Condominiums have public spaces... people need to learn to respect other people. Dogs have their rights and they have their place.

    5. Thank you @3:18 for seeing my side. Tama ka blinded na nga iba sa love nila w their pets kaya di naiintindihan emotions and feelings ng ibang tao. Sabi na nga niya na it was my cousin's fault that his pitbull attacked another animal. Exactly, hindi natin alam paano pinalaki ng pet owner pets nila kaya we shouldnt take chances allowing them in residential buildings that have communal space like a condo.

  15. pits and all other big dogs get bad rap because of bad owners. they're actually very friendly. we always have dogs growing up and 2 of our nicest dogs are both pits, one is a mix the other one is a pure pitbull. mas maldita pa yung shihtzu namin sa totoo lang. we even joke about it na baka kung nakawan kami, baka mag-thankyou-comeagain lang yung pitbull namin or baka tumulong pang buhatin yung tv palabas sa sobrang bait. cnt say i blame people for being scared pero definitely people have to know just how much of a dingus they are and awfully sweet. if they turn out bad, it's not the breed, it's the owner.

  19. I've no issue with whichever breed of dogs. But I've a beef with owners taking out their dogs without muzzles and leashes.

It's not a joke waiting for the lift and then it opens only to find an owner barely able to control his growling chow-chow with no mouth cover. A kid is no match for some of these big dogs especially if they are not trained or are not restrained when brought out in public.

    1. Eh wala ka nga alam iha... dahil ang chow chow medium dog hndi large dog

      Delete
    2. Agree. Irresponsible people should not own dogs.

      Delete
    3. 3:14 Chow-chow may be medium sized, but that one I've seen at the lift is around two feet shoulder height. And it's not called the lion dog without a reason. Moreover, it is one of the 12 additional dog breeds proposed to be banned in the country where I live now. In the current list of banned dog breeds, pit bulls come first. So I may lack enough knowledge about dogs, but the authorities who had made that decision would not without research.

And as I had posted, when you bring your dog out in public, whatever breed it is, make sure you at least leash it, and much better if you muzzle it. Your dog might be trained and behaved, but it can still get spooked and agitated by strangers. Sorry will never do if it harms other pets out or somebody. ---2:31

Sabi nga nya may certifications and pictures pa nga. Kung eventually pagbabawalan din pala sya eh bakit pa inapprove in the first place?

Sabi nga nila- how you treat animals shows you what you are as a person. I have a bunny, and he is the most amazing pet ever. I had a dog and a cat. And we took care of them very well. Baka masama ugali nyo.
