  6. Aral aral din kasi pag may time. Sayang ka kobi nasa states na naging bato pa. It's in these times that you need the love and guidance of your mother-Kung Hindi mo sana itinakwil. Tsk tsk tsk

    1. kobe and Andrei both have Motherly love through their step mom. U dont have to get it from ur biological mom, lalo na kung malala ang kasalanan syo. u wouldnt know that maybe because ur oh too perfect.

    2. you can't blame them if hindi pa nila kayang patawarin nanay nila..just give them time..wag nyo ngang ipilit yung sa tingin nyo dapat gawin nila..hindi kayo ang nagpapalamon at nagpapaaral sa kanila...kahit ano gawin nila nanay pa rin nla yun at hindi nla matatanggi yun pero kailangan nla ng oras para maghilom...wag natin sila epressure..

    3. No child ever hates his mother that much unless he was brainwashed.

    4. Mataas naman dw ang grades. With latin honors pa dw nung gumraduate.

  8. It's not the end of the road for his basketball career yet...he can still go to some Junior Colleges to get necessary credits before NCAA can allow him to play for any Div. 1 college schools here in the U.S...hindi lang UCLA.

  9. It's SAT, not his GPA.. I had to take classes and paid more than $1200 to prepare for the test. SAT is also known for being racially biased, so for someone who only has been going to school in the US for a couple of years, he is bound not to do well.

    1. Exactly! He was not prepared.

    2. Thank you! Finally someone with sense. Ung ibang commenters dito parang di maintindihan na graduate si Kobe with honors. Lagi isinisisi sa jowa. Hindi muna i-research ang UCLA. Uh hello people ang UCLA po hindi parang college sa Pinas na basta pumasa ka at may pambayad, eh di go. Sinasala po ng matindi mga estudyante dyan kaya nga most of their graduates have good professional careers

  11. He's young. He may have made a mistake but there's always the matter of picking yourself up and trying again.

    1. He didn't make any mistakes, his SAT is just average, not good enough for UCLA.

    2. 8:58 He made a mistake for not studying harder! Tama si 8:30, he can try again and do better next time.

    3. I highly doubt its his SAT scores because he can easily retake it and universities can allow you to so if they really want you. It's not like they take athletes for academic purposes, let's get real. Baka Hindi naman siya talaga ganoon kagaling and UCLA for some reason changed their mind then used academic reasons as an excuse.

    4. This not a true statement. UCLA is one of the Top Universities in the world! Academic MATTERS if you want to get into this school. They have to maintain a certain standards even if your are the best basketball player in the universe!

    5. 11:48 I totally agree with you. A lot of athletes leave college after one year of playing in the NCAA at nagsa-sign agad for NBA lottery. Kung tutuusin, mahina pa ang PAC12 kung bakit ba sinensationalize. Bihira kasi siguro ang Pilipino na nabibigyan ng chance na mapansin sa basketball sa America.

    6. @8:58 if kobe is THAT good, ucla would still give him a chance. do you think westbrook has a better sat score than kobe? i dont think so. maybe kobe is not just good enough for the team so they cut him off.

  12. It's very competitive in the states. Most who try don't make it. He should just go back to the Phils at mag artista na lang siya. It's more realistic goal.

  13. He should have prepped for the past 2 years. His Dad or handlers could have gotten him a tutor or something.

  14. bakit ang daming natutuwa sa kamalasan ng iba. grabe kayo. bata pa sya pwede pa nyang itama mali nya.

    2. Hindi ako natutuwa pero I believe the universe did this to put some sense of humility in him after that "they all want a piece of my success" post or tweet, I don't remember.

I still wish him well. He can surely go to other schools and prove himself there.
