I dont think du30 has hand in giving this pba official his plates. Diskarte na ito nun individual. Si du30 is not using his "1" plate & ask govt officials to fly economy.
Anyway, dapat govt o pba should investigate this dude if he is not frm congress then it is unauthorized.
