    4. True akala ko standard na meron silang apple juice or orange juice. Baka extra bayad yun kaya hindi nila maioffer. Mahina sa customer service ang Pinas talagang they vented this out on social media. Dito bawal yan, mawawalan ka ng trabaho kasi dito the customer is always right. Kahit hindi naman sila tama kailangan mo maging understanding. Dito mas mareklamo ang tao talagang halos everyday may isang rude na customer. Talaga naman abala sa pasahero na ma stuck sa airplane na ilang oras kahit hindi nila kasalanan, nakakainis ang situation.
      Ang mali ng artista ay tinulak ang flight attendent.

    8. You can't blame this famous actor. Kayo ba naman, pakainin lang ng cookies and minsanan lang na juice or water on a 5 hours wait inside an airplane with no aircon and ventillation, hindi kayo mag wala??? Aminin na lang kasi palpak talaga ang service ng PAL. Walang awa...

  2. I can totally relate to this. These passengers feels that they are SO ENTITLED! Why don't they just buy their own private plane and private runway. They feel like it's not my problem so you come up with a solution. They do exist. They are called "entitled pigs" pak! Ganern!

    1. You know naman, there are some Pinoys who act and mighty just because they "ride" an airplane, they have a "flight" to catch. Big deal sa kanila.

      Also, there is really no point complaining when under the circumstances beyond the control of airline companies and airport terminals.

      Act civilly and properly because THOUSANDS of passengers are affected, not that bastos artista lang naman.

      Lastly, "Ignorantia juris non excusat". IGNORANCE OF THE LAW EXCUSES NO ONE.

      This may apply to other situations in general too. Before one complains, know the issue first.

  7. You guys are so insenstive. Nag bayad yung mga tao, sana sa mga ganyang scenario handa kayo. Ano ba yung gumastos kayo sa water at konting rice with meal. Ilagay niyo kaya yung sitwasyon niyo sa mga pasahero. 8 hrs ??? Bat sa social media ka nag sasalita. Hindi mo harapin si c.

    1. OA yung rants nya at uncalled for yung pagiging rude nya sa Flight Attendant. Sure nagbayad ka ng pasahe pero di kasali sa fee mo ang right na bastusin ang staff. Hindi plano ng airline na ma delay sila, maski milyon pa ang ibayad mo wala kang magagawa sa unforeseen circumstance.

    3. it was supposed to be a short trip kaya lang due to a runway problem d cla nakadating sa tamang oras kaya wala masyadong food sa plane. IYONG IBA REKLAMO ng reklamo pagnagkakadelay sa flight but for me I take it as a precautionary measure...ano gusto nyo pilitin na i-land ang eroplano sa palyadong runway? Eh d naaksidente kayo...duh! Buti ng ma delay basta makarating ng safe.kesa madaliin tapos magkakaaksidente namn.

    4. Ate/Kuya, the post said water was offered, coffee and even tea. They are still inside the plane, di sila maka labas. Limited lang po ang pagkain na meron sa eroplano kasi lahat po, pinrepare before hand. Wala pong proper kitchen with lutuan ang eroplano. we didnt hear the whole story wag po muna mag jump into conclusion. Kahit naman nung na stranded kami sa cebu and gensan, cebu pacific and pal offered food. But I got your point. Kulang talaga sa customer service ang ating mga negosyo - in general.

    7. They can always order from the ground, additional refreshments. With such a small aircraft, it will only take an hour to prepare cookies or snacks for the stranded pax on board,. Discretion ng cabin crew in coordination with the ground staff. . Huwag isisi sa NAIA or sa pax na biktima dito. Nga pala, bakit PAL pax lang ang nag rereklamo eh madami din naman diverted flights sa Clark??? PAL please explain...

      Isip ka ng konti. Nasa tarmac sila. May safety regulations. Hindi yun. Parang mga daan dito sa maynila na pwede ka maglakad. May schedule ang dating at alis ng mga eroplano. Palagay mo bubusinahan at hihintuan ka pag bumaba ka atnakita kang naglalakad sa runway? Eroplano yon uy, may weight limit. Kalkulado ang mga bitbit sa loob. Ano gusto mo, magdala ng full kitchen equipment para sa short flight?

      Pag lumilipad o kahit bus lang, lagi ako may baon na crackers at maliit na bote ng tubig, in case ma-stranded. Bat ko iaasa sa iba ang isang bagay na pwede namang may control ako?

    12. 9;59, dami nyong know it all. Obvious na wala naman kayong alam sa galawan ng catering at safety ng mga airlines. Hindi kitchen ang tawag sa area kung saan may mga pagkain. Galleys. Tea and coffee makers lang na naka hot plate meron. Sino bang may sabi na magluto ng hot meal. Pag short flights, sandwiches lang dapat, tea or coffee or juices and sodas and water. Madali lang mag order ng additional catering, Discretion ng purser with the assistance of ground personnel. Preparing this snacks wont even take more than 1 hour, may mga standby catering na usually sa mga ganyan. Anticipated na ng pilot ang duration ng delay, dapat nag order na lang ng additional catering while waiting ang pax, para wala ng aberya, because in the airline industry, the safety and the welfare of the pax should be the priority.

    13. 6:50 shunga ka. So kung papasukin nila ang food sa loob ng eroplano hindi ba mas risky un dahil pede magdala ng kung ano ang magdeliver. At kung papalabasin sila at ilagay sa airport tingin mo makabalik din sila ng manila.

    14. 8:59, Hindi ka naman nag trabaho sa airport, putak ka lang ng putak. Mas shunga ka, kala mo ba makaka pag pasok ang catering ng food sa eroplano kung hindi dumaan sa security??? Lahat ng pumapasok sa loob ng cabin, ke catering, cleaners, hand carry bags, maski pax and cabin crew, pati mga piloto, dumadaan sa security for safety reasons. Hindi man maka balik ng MNL yung mga pax na dinala sa boarding gate while waiting, at least, maaliwalas at maginhawa pakiramdam nila kesa nasa loob lang ng napakaliit na walang aircon na aircraft. Hindi makatao ugali mo. Sama mo.

  9. This is why the country needs intelligent and educated lawmakers so they can make laws that will act as the ultimate mediator in situations like this. Eh wala eh, puros mga uneducated comedians at singers Ang naka upo. In other countries lawmakers are already expert in their fields who run to share these expertise in crafting laws. sa pilipines ginawa ng hanapbuhay Ang position. Haay.

  12. Iyong naging O ito. Hay naku. There are things that can delay flights, and some are simply beyond control. Clark is quite near to Manila. I wonder how would this passenger react if his flight gets diverted in another country instead of his destination, and then wait until it's safe to fly out again? And it is international standard protocol that at up to a certain point, stranded passengers in the plane has to stay in the aircraft for safety reasons.

    1. Yes for safety reasons, but without food for more than 5 hours and on board a small aircraft??? Apparently, they were only fed oreo cookies and some drinks which was their only meal for their supposed flight back to MNL. No additional snacks was served. When you are hungry, either you get a headache, or mood swings due to low blood sugar.

      Girl, tell me that again when you do some pregnancy tests wherein you're asked to fast. And sorry, but I live in the desert and during the recent Ramadan I did not have food nor water for at least 15 hours interval for 1 month. So 5 hours with some snacks is not a valid reason for me to be bat shit crazy while in the plane waiting. Really, in situations like this one, I'd rather sleep or read than make myself tense over nothing.

    3. 2:25, choice mo yan, mag fasting ng 15 hours during Ramadan. Mentally prepared ka na on this. These pax were not prepared at all. Kaya nga diversion ang tawag. Dapat may contingency plans ang airlines na responsible sa mga pax. Now yung prenancy test na fasting, again, its pre- conditioned in the mind of the patient, to be able to get accurate test results. Please, do not compare. The situations are all totally different from each other.

    4. 7:12 It is how you'll react when life is suddenly unkind. It is making the best of your situation you didn't expect. It is a test of how well developed is your coping mechanism for unforeseen events. Believe me, I experienced getting stranded too in the same situation, with much longer time. Grumbled a little, then slept some, talk some. And stayed sane until the flight could resume. In this kind of situation, losing temper will not help hou at all. I can only excuse tantrums from small children and elders who are back to their second childhood.

    1. They should at least have soda, if they don't what type of airline is this. They don't have juice, they only have coffee, tea and water. They should carry a little more even if it's a short flight.

    2. Why don't you ask the other pax who were on the same flight like him. Then, you can make a final conclusion on this guy's behavior during the flight. It's no joke to be held inside a small aircraft for 5 hours with no proper meal on board.

Indi lng nman ung Actor ang galit, lahat ng pasahero, nkita ko pa nga sa TV halos umiiyak na ung isang taga france na turista. dpat kc pgganyan, sagutin ng airline ang hotel at food ng mga pasahero. wag kau magalit sa actor, magalit kau sa airline company nyo kc ginagawa kaung absorber ng galit ng mga tao. By the way, some passengers told na it took hours before you inform them what is really going on, tapos me mga passengers pa na indi nyo pinayagan bumaba ng plane for hours. me mga pasaherong buntis, bata, matanda at turista. do u expect them to still smile and be cordial???

      No proper customer service to inform the passengers of the current situation, problem or circumstance. Automatic naman sana that airline companies offer SNACKS, FOODS and BEVERAGES to the passengers.

    3. You know why paulit-ulit, kasi nag titipid sa additional catering and ayaw maabala ang ground staff and security personnel ng airport pag nag deplane sila. Isa lang sa reasons ang safety na laging ginagamit pag ganitong mga incidents. PAL aminin nyo na lang na sablay talaga kayo. Mga walang awa.

  19. There are situations that cannot be apprehended. But for any company, the airline company / companies should always have situational protocols. They should have handled this situation well. Worst case scenario they should have handled situations that will ease their paying passengers. Without their patrons I don't think they would be at they are now.

Expect ka n may buffet s airplane, e alam nman ntin n wlang kusina dun at isa p kya nga pagnagbobook ka minsan may offer n meal kasi un lang ang preprepare nla at kung may sobra man d rin gnon karami kasi alam nman ntin ang mahal mahal ng pagkain s eroplano d b at lahat ba nabili nG pagkain during flight? Ska kung d man cla pinababa agad is may safety protocols ang airport maski ang airline! Aminin nio for sure ang daming magpipicture s tarmac if ever n nakababa cla w/c could compromise the safety.   25. Naexperience ko na to lampas isang oras di kami pinababa sa eroplano pinatay na lahat ng ilaw sa loob kahit 1AM na ang dilim dilim, yung EXIT nalang makikita mo at wala na ding aircon, yung mga babies nagiiyakan na. Pag nainis ka mas lalo ka lang mastress at masuffocate sa loob.

  27. I've never heard of "situations that cannot be apprehended". I've heard of situations that cannot be controlled but not of "situations that cannot be apprehended". Human beings can or cannot be apprehended, but the word is quite awkward when describing situations!
