Nakakainis lang talaga yung pagkakamali nya, nagkagulo tuloy ang buong mundo. Feeling ng Colombia inagawan sila ng titulo. Feeling naman ng Pinas, inagawan tayo ng moment. Pero sakabila ng lahat napansin ko pa din na kumikinang ang bunbunan ni Steve Harvey sa Pic na yan LOL!!
I honestly think it's a publicity stunt. How could you make such a blunder? It's written in the cue card very LEGIBLY; and Steve is a seasoned host. It's possible that he has been paid well to intentionally call the wrong person as Miss Universe.
A similar incident happened to me as a host sa isang beauty pageant sa lugar namin. Kalaban ng congressman namin ang natawag kong coronation speaker. LOL! Pero naman kasi, pareho sila ng apelyido. Talk about political dynasty! E di ang daming nagalit sa kin, buti na lang wala pang social media at that time. La lang, share ko lang. :-)
Human error happens. Ok lang tan steve, komedyante k nman so carry mo yan. At tama yang ginagawa mong apologies. Pero sobrang napatawa mko lalo na nung nag apologise ka kay ms philipians at columbia. Lol
Don't worry Steve, you're still one of my favorite hosts. I have seen your sincerity and heart on your tv shows and how good a person you are. You apologized for your mistakes over and over again. I felt how deeply sorry you were for this mess.
Lesson to hosts for important events. Do not indulge with alcoholic drinks before the hosting jobs. Why do you think pilots and crew are not allowed to drink before their flights? Because in live events, there isn't really a room for error. And Miss U, which is watched worldwide, flubbing who's the actual winner because you're not fully sober will not be something easily forgotten.
