  1. Oh my! I reklamo mo yan sa lazada.. online shopping at its worst! Di na madaan sa angle para ung maliit na item magmukhang malaki or the like.. and 1 brush ginawang 32? Bongga ang pag edit sa photo lol

  3. Eh ano yang pic na yan? Yan ba yung nasa pic sa Lazada? Sana pinost nya din yung mismong order na dumating sakanya. I used to buy in Lazada, okay naman. Courier lang kasi ang Lazada pero sana inaalam din nila muna.

  7. Kaya importanteng kilatisin based sa ratings, actual reviews ng verified buyers wag bibili kung walang makita nun. Btw, just bought my powerbank at Lazada and super worth it nya kasi nga marami din nag-purchase,depende sa items kaya maging wais din sa pagpili.

  8. Inday, where's the photo of the actual package you received? Don't you know the return and replacement and/or refund policy? Di ako naniniwala sa'yo. I am a buyer of Lazada and so far wala akong naging problema. I had one returned item pero nareceive ko naman ang voucher since OOS na ang inorder ko. Picture ng product sa online yan, how can we be so sure na di ka naninira lang o nagpapasikat?

  11. never na ako mag buy sa lazada. i ordered an 800 pesos lunch "kit" then when i received it, i was so disappointed sa quality.

    1. You have to be an intelligent buyer syempre some items in Lazada are China items. I just order branded ones there like Apple, Samsung etc. Don't buy China or cheap items kasi marami din niyan sa Divisoria

  12. Hello I ordered the same brush set and natanggap ko siya ng buo. 32 pieces with the same price. Feeling ko naninira lang to si ate. Wala nganh pic ng natanggap niang single foundation brush e. Nareceived ko pa ung order ko earlier sa snabe nilang delivery time. So I think hoax si ate at gusto lang sumikat. 😂😂😂

  15. Pwede naman ireklamo sa Lazada yan. They will take action immediately. I am a frequent buyer sa Lazada and so far satisfied ako sa lahat ng binili ko. Dapat ipinost mo rin yung order confirmation at yung actual item na nareceive mo; hindi lahat maniniwala sa sabisabi lang, dapat ipost mo yung proof mo. Otherwise, paninira lang ang ginagawa mo.

  17. Pwede yan ibalik teh. I once received a defective item from them pero naibalik ko and nai-refund ang payment ko. Kapag nagoorder sa kanila they always have return slip included in the package just in case na may problema sa order mo. Instead of bashing them agad agad, sana nagpunta ka muna sa site nila at nagbasa basa dun. May terms sila for return items and yubg return slip nila pwede mo indicate if mali yung product na nareceive mo.

  18. Over. You can return the item for free, just drop off at any LBC branch. Personally I'm happy there's Lazada. We're no longer at the mercy of major retailers that mark-up certain items at ridiculously high amounts. Lazada is pretty much like Amazon, you have to do your due diligence before making a purchase if you don't want to be disappointed. And you have to know your return options in case your item doesn't meet your expectations. So baka di sanay si ate sa online shopping. Noob siguro.

    1. Agree with you baks! 2 weeks ago i bought a clippers sa Lazada, natanggap ko sya within 3 days at may free pang shaver na kasama. Nagcheck kasi ako sa isang shop ng mga clippers ang mamahal 3.5k. Buti may Lazada, very affordable at yes, kailangan mo lang talaga muna magresearch about the quality of the product, sometimes even reviews, just to make sure na okay ang oorderin mo. So far i'm happy with the item.

    2. Huy wag ganun baks. Baka magclose ang Lazada sa Pinas madadamay pa pati kaming happy buyer. Pag may problem kasi pwede mo naman silang kausapin at talakan kasi for sure hindi naman sila lalaban kung sila ang mali. Wag lang to the point na pinapaikot ikot ka na. Kasi sa experience ko so far okay naman sya. OLX ang dapat magsara kasi dun hindi lang second hand, pugad pa ng scammers!

    3. OA naman teh! Hindi naman second hand. But most of their perfumes are definitely rip-offs. Sobrang mura na alam mong fake or A1 lang, not authentic.

    1. Truth! They keep you updated through emails or texts kung naorder na ba yung item, ready for delivery, and on the way na yung courier.

  24. Teh baka naman sadyang natanga ka lang at akala mo buong set for a cheap price pero foundation brush lang talaga from the set ang item na for sale. Dami na ko experience sa lazada okay naman pwede mo pa nga ireturn kung palyado basta wag ka lang aanga anga at basa basa din ng mabuti

  25. You can return it for free. Nasa site naman nila malinaw na nakalagay doon. Just go to any nearest LBC and fill out the return form. Tatamad naman kasi puro kuda agad sa social media. Use your brains muna. So far mga orders ko sa Lazada okay naman. Nakapag return ako ng appliance before pero ako pala ang mali hindi ko napansin yung cord nakalagay naman pala sa box hindi naman kulang pero pinalitan pa rin ng Lazada ng ibang stock for free.

Nabiktima narin ako ng lazada! nag- order ako ng car cctv. pagbukas ko sobrang pangit ng quality parang pinaglumaan. nung binalik ko, hinahanapan ako ng parts, di daw nila papalitan hanggat di ko binabalik battery. eh ako naman, nakipag away n tlga kasi malay ko ba ano parts nun, eh pagkakita ko pa lang binalik ko agad sa box para mapalitan dahil nadismaya na ako. halos 1 month bago nila napalitan yung item kung di siguro ako nangulit baka natagalan pa.

  30. we've been ordering from Lazada several times and so far it all went well. you just have to re-read thoroughly the description of the items you're about to order to avoid confusion and if ever, they're very accommodating when it comes to inquiries. no need for SOCIAL MEDIA rants.
