I think UP had better music, choreography, better transitions between stunts, smoother dance moves, and their flyers held their positions longer than the the other two teams. While everybody's routine was not perfect, UP's routine had a much smoother flow compared to UST and NU's.
In my book, I would rank UP as champions , UST as 1st runner-up, and then NU as 2nd runner-up.

UNPOPULAR OPINION: I'm from UPD pero feel ko talaga na the deserve manalo ng NU. May hulog sila pero iba kaso talaga pace ng performance nila. Mabilis. Sharp movements. And steady talaga sila tignan Sa stunts and pyramids. Yung sa UST, perfect run nga pero ang simple naman kasi ng routine. Malamang mapeperfect since di kasing hirap and risky ng sa NU o UP.
Oh well. Mas gusto ko talaga routines ng UP the previous years. Better luck next year :)))

With all due respect sa NU, maganda naman although sobrang dumi ng routine. I dont know why the judges saw an almost perfect routine. Maybe they chose to ignore the flaws na lang? But if teams have this notion na degree of difficulty ang magpapanalo, puro laglagan na lang to next year. To be honest, only UP and UST can pull off difficult stunts and dances.

sana may magpetition na ibalik na sa dati ung UAAP CDC. ung dati walang bias, talagang malalaman mo na ung mananalo, kasi kita sa performance. MAs okay pa nung dating nasa araneta pa at cornetto pa ung sponsor. Kasi kung ganito na ang trend e wala nang credibility ang uaap cdc. pera perahan nalang.

iboycott nalang next year ung uaap cdc. tapos agree ako dun sa gumawa ng independent cheerdance competition.
ReplyDeletein terms of routine, sobrang galing talaga ng NU no doubt. yun nga lang medyo maraming errors. so dapat sana kahit 1st runner up na lang sila.
ReplyDeleteSorry but before na UP at UST lang ang talagang naglalaban sa first spot na yan, walang samaan ng loob. Wala kang maririnig na "mas okay kami, mas magaling kami". Tinatanggap ng bawat party kung sino ung kinonsider as champion. bibihira ka makarinig ng masasamang bagay against each team. The same goes sa ibang squads. Pero ngayon. I dont know.
ReplyDeleteKasi deserve naman ng UP and UST and kahit FEU yung mga panalo before. Pero itong panalo ng NU this year? Sobrang hindi deserving of the championship.
DeleteIm a UST alumnae pero i guess mas maganda sana ung routines ng UP. Mas malinis lang talaga ung sa UST tignan. Pero di sasama loob ko kung UP ang first placer. Sa NU? Naaaaah!

this competition is all about how difficult it is not how clean it is. jusko naman. accept the fact na naka 3peat ang NU. let's be positive malay nyo time na pala ng UP and UST next year. chill lang di pa matatapos ang UAAP!

I doubt any of the nu's pyramids, kahit flawlessly executed, would have topped that stunt. Plus, ano bang najjudge sa isang competition?ung idea? Sasabihin na lang b ng nu na "ah,ganito po sana ung peg naming stunt. Sobrang high difficulty po talaga kaya hindi namin magawa"? Should that win them the competition? Naman. DeleteGuys 400 points yung sa elements at 400 sa dance.. 100 points lang yung sa pyramid na part ng elements,may tumbling, tosses at stunts pa..bumawi ang NU doon..plus mataas din ang dance nila..nakakaloka ang iba.. Makapagcomment lang..Nganga kayo mga haters!
