Hilig talaga nating manghatak paibaba....

    3. Common sense lang din kung ad** yan e nagnanakaw na yan kaso pinakain pa sa airport coz wala ngang pera and me inaantay siya na darating. Well pinaasa siya.

Nung tym na nagsa-start pa sya ng therapy at meds nya (takes time for the meds to take effect) mejo nahirapan pa sya na i control ang mga intrusive thoughts at compulsions nya. I have to explain to some of his co-workers na hindi sya baliw.

I just wish na mas marami yung mga therapy clinic dito sa Pilipinas na nagspecialize on not just commonly known pscyh disorders like anxiety, schizophrenia, depression, etc... but also sa disorders na pareho sa kapatid ko.

So at least natulungan namin sya.

    1. Yup experienced mild depression before and i don't want to be in that situation again... Ever! Anyway what i can advice is he must be around people who is in almost the same predicament as him, meaning who is experiencing depression or at least experienced it first-hand so he can feel that he is not alone in this "fight", he will have someone to lean on and from then on he and the others will be able to sort things out... hopefully they'll gain the strength to go on with their lives... ~from the anonymous beki who always typed in LOL LOL in his comments here on FP... Have a nice day everyone! #MadramaAkezNgayon

    3. Why thank you 11:54! Just wanna share what i had been through, hoping whomsoever reading this may have an idea on how to cope with depression, to help those experiencing it or how to take care of their own family members... Anyway you take care now, okay? And everyone else! :) #GrabeMaySanibAtaAkez LOL LOL #PeroSalamatUlit 12:54

  4. Huwag masyado defensive. Rehab is not a bad thing. In fact it's the right path for someone with substance abuse and/or mental problems. He maybe 'okay' for now but relapse happens and when it does it's worse than the first time. Of course love and support is given. But you need professional help to combat this.

    1. Pero yung mga tao ang nagsa-suggest ng rehab as if tapunan ng mga taong walang pag-asang tumino. Sila mismo makaintindi sa salitang rehab at yung logic behind the name.

      Delete
    2. Rehab for mental, not for substance abuse.. Hndi na nga daw nag drugs. Depression and meron sya.. Kaya ganon ka lutang ang utak..

  5. Agree. You dont judge a person lalo na if hes depressed. Its not sadness lang. Its more than sadness. Its heavier than sadness. Its deadlier than sadness.

    1. Very true. I suffered depression before. Ang hirap kaya. You feel hopeless, you have no appetite for everything, you just don't feel sad, you feel suicidal. Ang hirap, sobra.

  6. masyadong healthy tingnan ang katawan ni jiro pra ijudge sya na adik though I am giving others the benefit of the doubt.

    1. Actually baks side effect or should i say after effect ng addiction ang mag-gain ng weight so i can say na tapos na siya diyan, depression na siguro yan...

    1. Sweetie , if someone's mental status is altered a drug tox screen is a standard practice as an evaluation tool. if he goes to rehab, he not only gets a physical exam, the person also undergoes a drug tox screen.

      Delete
    2. Tinulungan mo ba siya personally? No matter what he's done in the past, he should get all the help he can get. Where's your humanity?

      Delete

      Delete
  10. I just hope Jiro will not resort to taking his own life.

    ReplyDelete

Hindi ko nilalahat, pero patungkol ito sa mga bashers na me baluktot na katwiran and mentally deranged to be happy at the misery of other people. Hindi na makatao ang ganuon. Please.

    1. Depressed ka ba?iba ung way of thinking mo...or ikaw ung nagda-drugs...iba iba po ang manifestation ng depression...

    2. Yes, depression is debilitating and most times you'll just want to lie down and not do anything. But its not always like that. When I had it years ago I go out to see my psychiatrist or go to malls and parks. Just to have a change of scenery so I could sort my mind. MAYBE he desperately needed to get away from home where problems are brewing and the airport was probably the place he thought to seek refuge.

  19. I HAVE A NIECE WHO WORKS IN MERCY HOSPITAL IN ILIGAN CITY. THEY CAN BRING JIRO THERE BECAUSE THE PEOPLE WHO WORKS THERE INCLUDING THE NUNS ARE VERY CARING. THE PLACE IS BIG AND CLEAN AND THEY HAVE A HUGE GARDENS.

  20. He still needs assessment by a doctor and psychiatrist to know if his problem chemical(brain) or emotional. The family members are not professional and care and love won't fix him. They need to know the root of his problem and without proper assessment they will never know.

    ReplyDelete
Drugs or depression man ang dahilan, the bottom line is he needs help. Itong mga network at reporters, leave him alone.
