Haven't watched the movie yet but basing it on numerous articles written here on the internet regarding the said movie, I think it really is a cheap and disgusting movie which relies heavily on its cast and not its plot. References for my judgement would be Rappler and Clickthecity.
But yeah, I've tried watching PB on Iwantv a few nights ago, anf let me just say that after roughly 15 mins, from what I remember I was already at the party of PB's lolo, I turned our tv off because it was so boring AND not even funny.
Please support other Filipino films, not this trash! Xo :)
Bakit hindi na lang kasi tanggapin na pangit talaga ang movie? Huwag ng bias just because friend ka nung director o nung artista, be honest, pangit talaga. I've watched it and I just wasted my time and money. kumontra sa sinabi ko, for sure fantard.
based sa mga reviews na nababasa ko puro negative ang PB. tapos napanood ko pa yung trailer parang walang substance. i find it so annoying. i wont waste my time and money watching vice ganda throwing sarcastic jokes. kakasawa na.
iba-ibang panlasa. iba-ibang target market. haven't seen praybeyt benjamin 2 yet. pero kung yung nauna yung pagbabasehan, it is funny pero lumang style na ang mga patawa.
Nakakainis naman talaga na walang matinong choices parati pag MMFF season. Even Bonifacio and English Only Please are sub standards in my opinion. But having said so, i-accept na natin kung ano ang nandyan. I think FS and PB both have their redeeming qualities as well as down sides... same with the rest of the other movies. But there's no arguing the success of these two movies in the box office. Let's respect the opinion of movie goers. Also, Jake deserves a nod for being cool and not leveling down to hater-comments.
Ok naman sana yung opinion ni Rafael, IF hindi minention yung Bossings, meaning Bossings is better than PB2 or FS2? I dont think so. Bias yung nagcomment, allthough on the other hand, biased din naman ang status in the first place.
