Esquire used Mar's photo w/o permission, and claims that Mar was a symbol of govt's response... tsk tsk tsk. Obviously Esquire just wanted to create noise to increase its sales while trying to discredit the poor DILG secretary. Dapat collage na lang ng photos of the Tacloban disaster, Mar, that Alfred Romualdez and wife Krung Krung, Anderson Cooper, Koring, Ping Lacson, etc.
