I agree. Parang marami na siyang anak tignan. She loves to wear kasi ill-fitting clothes. Dapat yung comfortable sana siya. You can be sexy tignan kahit hindi super fit ang damit sa body.

The hair my dear si so wrong. You look matronly. Better if done with a simple pulled back hair coz your dress is so busy and shiny. About the dress, choose a non reflective and not a shiny dress. It adds bulk to your figure.
