The shoes are the same ones she (and the other Miss Universe contestants this year and last year - Janine wore one as well) wore during the swimsuit competition. These were given to them by the footwear sponsor Chinese Laundry. And yes, the design was from 2010-2011 pa! (But they don't look cheap to me).
Is she wearing "modernized" version of baro't saya??? The color is good, but the cut of the baro? Ewww! She'll be fine without the baro and keep the saya, though the traditional saya looks better than this short in the front mish-mash
