The sudden death of her father, a waning career to name a few have caused her to give to pressure. She chose the flight instead of fight. Thus, you don't see any hint of self-esteem in her,she seems to be in the path of self-destruction (God forbid) throwing away the honor bestowed by Oprah, David Foster and so many famous celebrities. Maybe when she's older and wiser, she'll appreciate the intangibles in life and be at peace w/ herself and her family.

Freedom of expression. There will always be bashers, and some are really hitting below, or even way below the belt. We can't help it. That's how things are. Whether you do good or bad, there will always be people who talk sh*t out of it.

Charice can't be the Charice that was some two years ago or so, had it not been for her multitudes of fans. The sudden death of her father, a waning career to name a few have caused her to give to pressure. She chose the flight instead of fight. Thus, you don't see any hint of self-esteem in her,she seems to be in the path of self-destruction (God forbid) throwing away the honor bestowed by Oprah, David Foster and so many famous celebrities. Maybe when she's older and wiser, she'll appreciate the intangibles in life and be at peace w/ herself and her family.

Coming out of the closet is really hard, and once you find the strength to come out, sometimes,the image you once protected will change. Pero grabe na rin kasi ang pagbabago kay Charice. Pwede naman syang magout without getting too much negative attention from other people. Mas okay magout if you do it slowly. That way, respectable ang dating. ReplyDeleteEveryone has the right to freedom to express themselves. However, celebrities have social responsibility to the people who placed them to where they are now. Charice can't be the Charice that was some two years ago or so, had it not been for her multitudes of fans. Your talent will just a talent until you get huge following from people who watch your shows, buy your concert tickets and buy your cds.
This kid is going through a lot. We can only understand her, and hope that soon, she will come to a realisation and get herself on the right track.
