Can’t Keep His Limit
The truth is, everything is already written on the contract down pat. There are many ways by which companies pay their endorsers: cash, gift checks, ex-deals, or combinations of those. A decent and professional endorser should not be too abusive as to ask for more than what he/she deserves.
FP was flabbergasted when informed that Actor Endorser AE is into this shameless habit. We were like…” whatever happened to AE?” Isn’t he one of the richest and most generous of actors we have around who practices ‘sky’s the limit’ especially when buying gifts for his loved ones?
Heard from the grapevine that AE has been abusing a Communications Company CC that he endorses for everything he can imagine. Reportedly, even gifts he gives to friends and family, AE gets them from CC. CC insiders quip that apart from the many freebies, the talent fee alone they pay to AE’s is already enormous, and for him to ask something more reeks of abuse, if not shamelessness.
On the other hand, CC staff have only nice words for Kind Actress KA who is so unlike AE. The professional KA doesn’t ask for anything and just waits whatever freebies are given and delivered to her. If she wants something more, she pays for it, no more no less. To CC people, KA is a dream endorser.
As for AE? Well, there are talks that CC is no longer getting him - aka no more renewal of contract.

She's Not My Level
Along with heaps of praises for their successful team up, they also became targets of attacks from different sides of the industry. The issues, more notably the comparisons being made with an Established Team ET is nothing but sizzling that trigger violent reactions from each others’ followers.
Responding to reporters, O1’s standard reaction to the issues is that she and O2 welcome it as a compliment to be compared with ET who are way up there and already a force to reckon with. O1 is often quoted as giving positive and glowing statements she attributes to ET, in answer to comparisons with ET’s Popular Girl PG and Partner EP.
But with their perceived physical resemblance, bashers accuse O1 of copying PG which O1 vehemently denies saying that she is her own person. In fact, said O1, she is flattered by all the attention and comparison being made.
But wait, let’s hear what O1 actually says in private.
Heard from a source that during her private conversations with friends, O1 shows how she detests the comparison, saying that apart from some perceived similarities, she and PG are way different. She was in fact quoted as saying that ET and OT do not connect at all - subtly saying that they are not of same level.
O1 further remarked that their fans alone are poles apart. She reportedly labeled ET fans as generally “jeje and baduy,” and out-of-school who belong to the CD market. While OT’s are of the AB and “sosyal,” uh oh! Debunking the notion that OT will be the next ET, she further added by saying that they (OT) are far better, classier …ergo, not of the same league. Strong words, ouch!
Will this set the tone for a fierce competition imminent between ET and OT? Will they be the new forces to keep showbiz media abuzz with dizzying rivalry?

In a radio interview , Crawford maintained that he did not hurt any police officer.
“It was my fault but I did not hurt anyone. I did not push anyone. I only hit the glass [door],” Crawford said in a mix of English and Filipino.
The “It’s Showtime” host said he surrendered himself to the police in order to be “controlled” and to be in a “controlled environment.”
“To be honest with you, I don’t see anything wrong with what I did. It was actually my fault for being aggressive. Good thing it didn’t happen in a bar, it didn’t happen anywhere else. It happened in a precinct. It’s because I knew for a fact that I need to be controlled or maybe in a controlled environment. So as I said, I really apologize to the officers if I said anything derogatory or anything else,” Crawford added.
Asked on what triggered his agression, he said that “he was just really exhausted” and “stressed out.”
“It’s an aggression . I’m just really exhausted , stressed out in certain situations. You know we try the best we are. We’re not perfect. Ibig sabihin ng “ayaw kong makasakit” is I’m getting all the aggression and my anger is out,” Crawford said.
He also said that he was with a group of friends including his girlfriend, Coleen Garcia, before he turned himself in to police custody.
Crawford also apologized to the police officers who were affected by his deed.
He also apologized to his fans.
EDSA Ortigas Kidnapping Linked to Cops

In a press conference, Eastern Police District (EPD) Director Chief Supt. Abelardo Villacorta said at least 9 policemen were behind the incident on EDSA, a photo of which captured the attention of netizens.
The incident was apparently a case of abduction-extortion, as the victims were accosted by the policemen and the P2 million they were carrying were seized.
In the viral photo, a Honda Civic, gray Toyota Hi-Ace, and black Toyota Fortuner were seen boxing in a white Toyota Fortuner along EDSA-Ortigas area. Armed men were also seen surrounding the white Fortuner, pointing guns at those on board.
Villacorta said Chief Inspector Joseph De Vera of La Loma Police was traced as the owner of a Toyota Hi-Ace van with conduction sticker YF 9767.
The Honda Civic car seen in the photo, meanwhile, was traced to a dismissed police officer, former Insp. Marco Polo Estrera.
Villacorta said De Vera has admitted that his group indeed seized the victims. He also named several fellow policemen from La Loma as his cohorts.
Villacorta said De Vera tagged Estrera, Senior Inspector Oliver Villanueva, PO2 Mark de Paz, PO2 Ebonn Decatoria, PO2 Jonathan Rodriguez, SPO1 Ramil Hachero, PO2 Jerome Datinguinoo, and PO2 Weavin Masa as his cohorts.
Quezon City Police District chief Richard Albano said aside from De Vera, Rodriguez has also been arrested. The rest of the policemen are now considered on absence without leave (AWOL).
BREAKTHROUGH
According to Villacorta, a bus driver who witnessed the incident managed to give the plate number of victims' car, the white Fortuner.
The white Fortuner was traced to a certain Maguidala Mamaruga Nasser of Lanao del Sur by Task Force Wack-Wack – which was formed to solve the case.
Villacorta said he met with Nasser, who apparently has knowledge about the story behind the mysterious photo. He said Nasser revealed that the people on board the white Fortuner were victims of abduction and robbery.
''Through Nasser, we were able to convince the owner of the car (white Fortuner) to appear and tell us who were on board it. Luckily, we were able to convince them. The two victims met with us,'' Villacorta said.
Villacorta said the two victims met with them last Saturday, September 6, to narrate the incident. After this, EPD police went to La Loma Police station past midnight of September 7 to conduct a walk through of the incident.
''It turned out, the incident involved robbery and abduction. After giving their statement, we formalized their complaint, and we conducted a follow-up operation,'' Villacorta said.
When EPD police arrived at the La Loma station, Villacorta said De Vera was present.
Villacorta said he quizzed De Vera about the incident. He said De Vera initially told him that he and his group were not behind the viral photo.
However, when Villacorta showed an enhanced version of the photo showing the Toyota Hi-Ace's conduction sticker, De Vera changed his story and claimed that what was captured on camera was a ''anti-drug operation."
Villacorta, however, said De Vera was not able to present documents proving the legitimacy of the operation.
''According to him (De Vera), it was an anti-drug operation planned by Villanueva…but there was no authority for them to do that, not even coordinate with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency. They don't have a spot report or even blotter,'' Villacorta said.
De Vera, nonetheless, listed down the names of the policemen who were with him on EDSA that day.
According to Villacorta, his group was able to trace the conduction sticker YF 9676 to De Vera. He added he has in possession of a sales invoice proving that De Vera bought the brand new van from a Toyota dealership in Quezon City.
Villacorta added that it was also through photo enhancement that Task Force Wack-Wack was able to determine the plate number of the Honda Civic.
He said the original owner of the Civic was Golden Arches Development Corp. The car was later sold to Estrera, based on documents gathered by the police.
DETAINED FOR 7 HOURS
One of the victims said they were carrying P2 million that day. The huge sum was supposedly a payment for the purchase of an equipment of a contractor in Lanao del Sur.
The victim admitted talking to his former girlfriend about the huge transaction, which was supposed to take place at the SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City.
Police said it is possible that the woman was the one who leaked information about the cash transaction.
''We consider her as a suspect because based on the information that we got, she was the only one whom the victim had a talk to regarding the money,'' Villacorta said.
Apart from the P2 million, the victims also claimed that the policemen seized their ATM cards and asked them for the PIN codes. Both victims lost about P30,000 each from their respective ATM accounts.
Villacorta said, according to the two victims, they were detained at the La Loma police station for about 7 hours.
The victims were eventually released and a policeman drove them using their own Fortuner. The policeman dropped them off near EDSA. The two did not say whether the police told them they were being arrested for a crime.
According to the victims, the policeman had their windshield replaced. The windshield was apparently smashed during the abduction.
''We were able to know that they had the windshield replaced in Banawe,'' Villacorta said, referring to the popular street near La Loma district where car accessories are being sold.
Estrera and the active policemen are facing charges of brigandage and kidnapping with serious illegal detention, according to Villacorta.
Villacorta said inquest proceedings were held today at the Mandaluyong City Prosecutor's Office.
Albano, meanwhile, said he has already ordered a probe into the records of the policemen involved.

A Controlling Boyfriend
Generally, men are not wired to be so extra fussy and obsessive about their girlfriend’s physical appearance. Girly stuff like clothes, make-up, hair are outside of a man’s turf. As long as the girl dresses appropriate enough, hardly do men care. But such is not so for Pretty Starlet PS’ boyfriend, Controversial Performer CP who her stylists find so annoying.
Allegedly, CP makes a fuss about just everything on PS’ overall look whenever they are together. From the length of her dress, to the shade of her make-up, to the style of her hair… without fail… CP will always have a say. The couple’s colleagues find CP overacting in the way he controls young PS to submission. Heard that PS just wants peace and in order to avoid conflict, she reportedly allows him to “overprotect” her even against her will.
As a result, the stylists/glam team of PS often have a hard time styling her since more often than not, CP would meddle. Allegedly, CP would scold them if they don’t follow and do what he tells them to. This has reportedly put so much pressure and stress on PS as her glam team had once hinted of giving up and leaving her.
Much recently, the couple reportedly had one big argument while they were thick into the preparations for a Grand Event GE that both of them were to attend. GE is a much-awaited affair, an event like no other where participants take great pains to look their best. As expected, the notorious CP was at his finest as he and PS were deciding for her gown.
Little did the couple know that they were already getting the flak as CP became too picky for the gown that PS would wear. Allegedly, it took three (3) design changes for the gown before CP got satisfied. Whew! Looks like the roles were reversed for the couple, as it is already the guy who would have to call the shots for PS’ every nitty gritty girly thing. Seriously?
