Dear Fashion PULIS,
Less than a year ago, my friends and I discovered that a "friend" of ours had been taking credit for pictures posted by other people on her INSTAGRAM account, misleading her followers that she was the one who took the photo. As a concerned friend, I decided to confront her seeing that she started getting addicted to stealing other's posts and taking it as her own. Surprisingly upon confrontation, lies and tall tales were said. Instead of fessing up the moment I showed her concrete evidence of her stealing pictures, she claimed her phone got stolen prior and that her posts were made by her alleged thief.

However, prior to her "stolen phone incident," she had already been posting such pictures, thereby losing her credibility and add the fact that she instantly deleted her recent post to mask her deception. After my tirade, she felt betrayed, I did not because I only tried to help. As harmless as it may seem to want to gain popularity, taking credit for someone's work is still dishonesty that could become a habit and be charged with a crime. Such a shameful act must be stopped.

After a while, she mellowed down and didn't post much. Thoughts floated through my brain, thinking that she could have learned her lesson. How wrong I was! She had the gall to revert back to her old ways - posting bogus locations and trying harder to completely fool innocent people on social media. I fear I am too late as it has already corrupted her. I believe she needs help to let her see what's right.
Sincerely,
A very concerned old friend.
