If the rumors were true, the outcome will be explosive. Perhaps, someone will even get the last laugh. The grapevine has been abuzz about the alleged truth that is now causing friction in the relationship between Non-showbiz Honcho (NH) and Society Woman (SW).

NH and SW are both known in the social circles, as they are achievers in their respective fields. Besides, the social circle is not that big to the point that members would get wind of activities in business and interpersonal relationships. The rich, like most people, love gossip.

Sometime ago, NH found himself in the tumultuous aftermath of a previous relationship. The power dynamics were in his favor and the Ex-Lover (EL) could not do so as much. Thus, EL had to make do with what was available to her and what NH would allow. Then, SW came into picture and ended speculations that NH was looking for a relationship.

As their relationship progressed, SW hid the special gift she and NH have. First, hints were dropped into social media pages, which kibitzers read as taunting EL. Finally, the two became open about their relationship and the bundle of joy was no longer hidden. It seemed that they were flaunting the innocent.

Years passed and the twist came. According to rumors, NH and SW had a fight during a party. During the argument, overheard was the question of their bundle of joy being NH’s child. The gossip, of course, raised eyebrows. Given their resources, a DNA test could solve the matter, but the poor child had to be dragged into the argument.
