Pretty Discovery (PD) attempted to make changes that were perceived to benefit her budding career, while affecting the growth of other young hopefuls in their network. Apparently, PD was struck by a severe case of infatuation that is making her show her true colors. PD seems to have been used to getting what she wants and she will not be disappointed. However, this time, the heartbreak is impending.

While trying to make a name in the industry, PD saw Young Actor (YA) and her attraction was inevitable. YA is cool, well-mannered, and exudes a personality that is loved by fans and perhaps, PD’s family as well. PD has set another goal other than reaching stardom. As they would often bump into each other, PD tried to be friends with YA, and he reciprocated the gesture.

One time, YA noticed that PD seems to be giving him unsolicited advice on the direction of his career. So far, YA does not really have an image problem, as the network has been giving him projects and he can clearly show where he is heading. Then, PD said something that made YA think twice. PD said that if he really wants to succeed, he should go solo and leave his loveteam. Being in a loveteam would limit his options and prevent his opportunities to try other areas where he might succeed.

YA then realized that something was amiss in the friendship offered to him by PD. Rumors are loud that PD made sure she got out of her loveteam because she wanted YA and not her Former Partner (FP). Unfortunately, YA was bound to break PD’s heart and she would finally experience that the world will not always give her what she wants. YA merely shrugged off the persistent attempts of PD to convince him to bolt out of his present loveteam. YA is bent on giving his loveteam a chance to shine and he does not seem to mind if he would appear less famous compared to his partner. Besides, the way the PD dropped FP can make any potential partner for PD doubtful.

More often, mixing personal with professional matters can be detrimental to one’s career. Everything that hopefuls hold are fleeting and every opportunity given by the network should be treated like the only chance that they could get to prove themselves. PD could move on, as YA is so into his loveteam. Bolting out would definitely ruin his career.
