Talented Young Performer (YP) was expected to make waves in the entertainment industry, as her father and mother had created impact during the peak of their careers. With genes coming from both parents, the expectation was that YP has better talent than them. Based on her performance, such idea might actually be true.
However, YP is happy these days, as she is slowly realizing that decisions and actions Her Parent (HP) has done might make her scrimp when she decides to quit the business. In other words, HP, who was entrusted with the finances of YP, has been allegedly spending money irresponsible. For example, HP is allegedly hooked on gambling. While gambling has a certain attraction, several personalities would turn the other way whenever they would hear that everyone is a loser when it comes to gambling. They continue to play until they have literally nothing more to lose.
Now, rumors have it that HP has already tapped into the fund saving scheme set up the management of YP. Various excuses were made as to the reason the money was withdrawn. Worse, when management got alarmed with the withdrawals for a project HP was supposed to oversee, they confronted HP. HP said that the project was not really pushing through as a planned. This response infuriated the management, but what they could do was limited.
Finally, YP confronted HP asked about her money. HP could hardly reply, as she could not admit that she has been using the money for her vices and even her boys. As YP is no longer a minor and has witnessed many young stars fall in the same trap, she persisted in asking HP where her money has been invested. When HP could not show anything, YP got mad. For now, HP and YP are not on too cozy with each other, as YP has realized that her hard work is slowly going down the drain.
