Needs to Keep Her Word
Sometime ago, a young Super Fan (SF) of Female Celebrity (FC) kept requesting for a way to have a photo with FC. After all, FC is among the top famous personalities in the entertainment industry, and one who is seen as a role model of the youth. FC is someone who rose from supporting roles to super stardom based on her hard work. Besides, she had nurtured her talent after spending years relegating in the background.
As SF is not from a showbiz family, such request was deemed hard to obtain. Nonetheless, SF managed to get a pass in one of the gigs of FC with much effort that even involved contacting her management and other people who could be influential enough. The opportunity was so near, and SF was very excited.
Finally, the day came and SF waited for FC. When FC showed herself, SF asked if she could have a photo. FC then said that she just needs to take a phone call and be back in a jiffy. SF waited and waited. When FC appeared, her facial expression changed, and she seemed upset. Then, when SF stepped nearer, FC stepped and move away, leaving the fan alone and snubbed.
When SF told Parent 1 (P1) about the snubbing incident, P1 immediately informed Parent 2 (P2) of the experience of their child with FC. Here’s the catch, P2 happens to be an Account Executive of a company that was seriously thinking of getting the services of FC. There were plans to offer FC to become an endorser of their product, which happens to be a very famous and prestigious brand. P1 told P2 not to get FC anymore because she was too full of herself and would not even grant a young fan’s wish for a couple of seconds.

With those words, Kiefer Ravena said sorry for the lewd photos controversy that has hounded him the past few weeks as he attempts to move on, hopefully a better man and a tougher player.
"Ang tagal ko na rin gusto magsabi, ayoko lang mag-interfere kasi may basketball pa with Alab (Pilipinas)," said the former UAAP MVP as he spoke to a few reporters at a Quezon City restaurant.
Lewd photos supposedly of Ravena spread on social media weeks ago before a 22-year-old man was arrested in an entrapment operation by police and charged with robbery and extortion.
The 23-year-old basketball star said he regrets making the mistake of 'entertaining' a stranger in an online chat and 'entertaining the person in a flirtatious conversation.'
"Pero gusto ko mag-apologize very sorry sa pag-entertain ko na nauwi sa ganitong pangyayari. I want to apologize sa parents ko na di nagkulang sa pangaral sa akin," he said.
Ravena also apologized to girlfriend Alyssa Valdez, who he said was unfairly dragged into the issue, as well as to her fans.
He aired the hope that the volleyball star could forgive him.
"Of course, sorry kay Alyssa. I have no excuse for what happened. Sa sobrang bait mong tao, di ka dapat nalagay sa ganitong situation," the former Ateneo standout said.
"Sa fans nya rin, alam ko marami nagalit, pasensya na. Sana mapatawad nyo ako," he added.
With the apology, Ravena, who is set to play for Alab in Game Two of the ABL semifinals against the Singapore Slingers on Friday in Baliwag, Bulacan, hopes to pick up the pieces while learning from the experience.

A Devious Maneuver
A favorite anecdote in the career of IA is her tenacity for protecting Her Man (HM). While sometimes stories about her behavior towards any woman eyeing HM seems hard to believe, one incident has set the ball rolling into a quiet rivalry with Network Celebrity (NC). In addition, many female talents have avoided HM out of fear that IA would make a scene or two once she finds out a close relationship is developing.
Just as when IA seemed to have rid of her crazy jealous fits, Sexy Personality (SP) alleged tried to test if HM would give in. Thus, SP developed a close relationship with HM, as they were working closely with each other. As tapings are always full of stories behind the scenes, IA heard that SP had plans for HM. Worse, someone even told IA that HM was allegedly seen at the vicinity of the residence of SP. Thus, by adding two plus two, IA got the impression that something fishy was developing between HM and SP.
When IA saw SP at the studio, she gave the younger celebrity a feeling of unease. She quietly stared at SP from head to foot. Naturally, that was enough to send SP a message. No confrontation happened, as IA is careful with her behavior, as she wants to project that she is not insecure and has a joyous family life. She, obviously, did not want NC to think that despite the years and HM’s commitment, she was still her old self. However, someone found out about the incident about IA, and told HM to tell IA to grow up and not confront his leading ladies.
Well, IA is of a different standard these days. As she is painfully trying to stop herself from confronting female actresses whom she thinks has plans for HM, IA is cleverly using her connections to get back. Rumors have it that she has informed the management and asked to ban SP from projects. Now, instead of actual confrontation, IA has shifted to a quiet, but revengeful strategy. In case SP will not have as many projects in the next few months, then we already know why.
