Network Insider (NI) invited Cute Hunk (CH) to a party that was well attended by powerful names in the showbiz industry. Naturally, NI introduced CH to the guests, and soon, CH felt at home even if most people were not from his side of the street, so to speak. As the party progressed and pleasantries exchanged, NI noticed that Influential Personality (IP) kept looking at them and for a few times, was caught staring at CH.
Well, the reaction of IP was not surprising, as CH has indeed won the attention of viewers because of his bearing. Other than having good looks, CH can sing and act. His affiliated network gave him opportunities to show off his range of talents and he was even paired with the best female talents the network has. Unfortunately, CH felt he was being underutilized.
Finally, NI and IP managed to talk amidst the noise and atmosphere of the party. IP asked about who the person was with NI. NI replied that it was CH. After a few pauses, IP said that CH looks interesting. Such expression was the cue, and NI went back to CH.
NI then told CH that IP was interested to meet him. Instead of feeling awkward, as CH was treading on enemy grounds, CH saw an opportunity. To the surprise of NI, CH said he would like to meet IP, too. However, at that point CH could not approach IP as people might talk as to why he was talking to someone from another network. He thought of the next best thing, which was to stay on until the party was over. As guests started to leave, the only ones left were IP and CH, among others. In a flash, CH was seen walking with IP. Both left together.
A few weeks later, the next development left people puzzled. The appearance of CH in one of the shows of the network raised a few eyebrows. When celebrities from other networks appear in the station of IP, there is usually a big fuss to advertise the appearance. However, for CH, minimal promotion was conducted. Still, this situation left loyal viewers with a quizzical look. Many wondered if CH were going to jump ship because he seen in another network. However, the most glaring questions centered on the future of the assumed favorite actor (AF) of IP. With CH entering the picture, what will happen to the career of AF?

It was Vice Ganda's night after winning 4 awards at the PMPC Star Awards for Music.
Vice won for Novelty Song of the Year, Concert of the Year, Male Concert Performer of the Year, and Male Recording Artist of the Year.
Singer-song writer Rey Valera was this year's Pilita Corrales lifetime achievement awardee, while the Parangal Levi Celerio was given to Ogie Alcasid.
Kim Chiu and Enchong Dee hosted the awards show.

Exuding Humility Instead of Pride

Sensing that IT has potential, KP used his connections to jumpstart the journey of IT towards fame. KP entered IT into various male pageants for exposure and for gaining confidence. Slowly, IT was learning how to move with the flow of the times. He had a dream and here was one person patiently helping him achieve it.
Finally, IT got his biggest chance. He landed a slot in a reality show and the rest is history. The network took care of his career by giving him various major projects. At first, IT was criticized for his poor acting, and after several projects, he was still not as good as expected. While some were dismissing IT as a flop, he persisted and gave his best in his movies and other media appearances. As IT gained fame, he and KP lost contact. It seemed that KP just disappeared from his life just like that.
Every so often stories would crop us on how famous celebrities snub and ignore the first people who had helped them in the business. Of course, this behavior is not surprising as money can sometimes change attitude negatively. Gone is humility and is replaced by overflowing belief in oneself.
As years passed, IT has proven to be one of the reliable performers of his station. Having no qualms on baring his body, he did what was instructed. After movies and soaps, people noticed that he has improved in his acting. He was now better able to get into the character of the role assigned to him.
One day, IT accidentally met a friend who also knows KP. Instead of hating his past, IT asked how KP was doing. He was told that KP had already moved out and the beauty parlor was no more. IT then asked where he could find KP. He wanted to see him again. He even gave money through the friend to help KP. He said that he was thankful for all the work KP had done for him, and that it was his time to give back to KP.
