As soon as travel restrictions were eased, many took advantage and started to plan their trips in and out of the country. Such was not surprising as Filipinos are known to have a liking for travel and getting out of their houses to enjoy new scenes, food, and experiences.
Celebrities are frequent travelers as well. Once they post about their trips and mention their process in making their travel possible, their followers often take such posts as examples. Soon, ordinary people would avail of the entities that made the travel life of their idols easy. The success of a trip begins at the planning stage.
Sadly, not all businesses related to travel are able to fulfill their obligation to their clients. A certain business that has been mentioned by some big-name personalities is being called out in social media for various complaints. Allegedly, some clients, who have been excited for their trip, experienced cancellations at the last minute. Others who have unexpectedly faced similar problems with the said business were shocked to find out they were not alone. Many netizens shared similar experiences, which placed the said business in bad faith. Meanwhile, others have yet to receive their refunds for trip cancellations.
Many have accused the owners as well-connected, which added confidence to their way of handling their business.
