Netizens seem to be vigilant on changes in the expected behavior of couples in social media. Celebrity couples who have made their relationships public are assumed to act within norms. For example, they should have posts showing doing activities together. Each one is expected to comment with something sweet on posts. Moreover, they should tag one another in posts. Missing those conditions would throw followers in panic and make assumptions about the relationship’s state.
Another couple is assumed by netizens to be not okay. TA (Talented Actress) and HP (Her Partner) shared an interest that drew them closer. As soon as they went public, changes were noticeable with TA. These changes drew mixed reactions, but mostly, her fans missed her limited appearances on mainstream media. TA and HP exuded happiness and the relationship seemed to be good for her. Fans realized HP could be TA’s answered prayer.
Over recent posts, however, followers noticed TA has not included any couple photos. Allegedly, TA is not following the social media accounts of HP, too. Hence, the lack of photos, tags, mentions, and not following were noted as signs that something was amiss. Meanwhile, HP has not updated his social media, which further worried their followers.

Achieving a level of status can lead to rewards and many celebrities respond differently. A celebrity who has a significant number of followers often receives requests for product exposure. From homemade goodies to expensive items, sellers risk approaching such celebrities.
Sellers send their goods hoping the celebrity will say a good word. For example, a well-known celebrity receives such goods as gifts and features them in social media with gratitude and without any compensation. The food or non-food items are sufficient. By contrast, other lesser known celebrities set their conditions, which some sellers find too stiff.
Meanwhile, Celebrity Actress (CA) has her own style in taking advantage of her status. As someone who has built a name in various fields, CA has something specific in mind. Allegedly, her camp is fond of asking free accommodations for her staycations. Of course, having CA in the premises of hotels can boost bookings. Being featured in CA’s social media would generate interest and hopefully lead to further business. Still, her requests have become popular in the grapevine of hotels and resorts, and not everyone is happy.
