Disappointing Response

While many say that showbiz personalities are hypocrites and real friends are hard to find, others have proven such belief otherwise. During tragedies, true friends would emerge and answer pleas. Many showbiz friendships have been forged and are admirable, having lasted many happy moments and trials as well.

As soon as Trusted Friend (TF) learned of the trouble Longtime Colleague (LC) was in, he immediately sent word that he would help her. Their long years of friendship have been tested. Both have been friends since they were young and have seen each other grow amidst controversial life moments.

Sadly, when LC needed help the most, she realized her responses to others were not reciprocated as fast. Rumors have it that people were hesitant to help out, as LC was thought to be taking cuts from fund-raising drives. This time, LC needed help and approached TF. TF agreed and LC even volunteered to give him what he wanted among her young contacts. TF turned down the offer, as he’s not into such a lifestyle anymore. He’s changed. Anyway, TF offered one house to LC temporarily until LC can recover.

Alas, TF’s Wife (TW) found out and memories of LC’s becoming the means to achieve the desires of TF long ago came back to mind. TW was upset and went to the house. Then, TW instructed the removal of all things of LC that were brought in the house. Then, the house was locked.

LC had no choice but to leave, as she knows TF follows TW, or else. Hence, TF gave additional cash for LC to find a rental and get her act together.

Versatile Actress (VA) wanted to do her share of helping out calamity victims and thought of a way to kill two birds with one stone, so to speak. VA realized that by showing her compassionate side, she would make herself visible in a positive way. Having increased visibility in a heartwarming endeavor would surely attract potential projects and endorsements. These days, every project will be a great financial blessing for VA who has a family to raise.

To implement her plan, VA contacted Female Celebrity (FC). FC was happy to have VA and her Younger Teammates (YT) as volunteers. VA has fans all over the country, and seeing her might bring a bit of joy to the downtrodden.

When they reached the destination, VA was overwhelmed at the number of people waiting for the goods. People were tired and social distancing was hardly observed. While FC and YT were sweating it out by distributing the goods, VA was busy with social media. YT requested VA to stop taking photos and help them as people were already hungry.

As the crowd thickened, pushing was unavoidable. Some came in contact with VA. Immediately, VA sprayed alcohol all over her body, which shocked the people waiting for their turn. She even sprayed YT, who pleaded for her to stop doing that in front of the crowd.

The Major Host (MH) was dumbfounded at VA’s antics and FC felt the uneasiness. MH thought VA was sincere, but began to doubt if VA had an agenda. After the activity was over, FC apologized to MH, who was appreciative of YT’s effort, as they had no qualms with the heat, dirt, and people during the activity.

Yucky Behavior

The actions and behavior of celebrities are often noticed by the public. Thus, celebrities must be conscious of how they conduct themselves whenever they are out in public places or shared areas. Impressions of celebrities are created based on the perception of ordinary citizens.

Female Celebrity (FC) was seen lining up to use a restroom of an undisclosed place. As FC is familiar, her presence was noticed even if she did not call attention to herself. Subsequently, eyes were glued on her. FC did her business in the cubicle, while the next user waited in line.

The public has high expectations for FC. Among celebrities, FC belongs to the few who managed to acquire education and find her place in the industry. While others are still unsure of the talent that can solidify their role in showbiz, years of work identified the strengths of FC as a talent. With education and status, FC is supposed to, at least, know and practice proper etiquette. She comes from a respected family as well.

After FC was done relieving herself and exited the cubicle, the next user was shocked. FC’s behavior was unacceptable and unbecoming. FC did not flush the toilet. She did not extend basic courtesy to the next user. FC was such a disappointment, as she did not bother to be mindful of others who will use the said facility.
