As a talent moves up in the priority list of management, the more that he/she should be mindful of his/her actions, which is not easy to accomplish. Eventually, something gives in that will merit damage control from his/her management if a talent acts without thinking.
When Network Talent (NT) realized that the time between her projects was increasing quickly, she asked for a meeting with the management. Once the management’s pride and joy, NT’s career has been a rollercoaster ride. One time, her projects were bringing in money to the producers, and the next time, the movement has slowed down and eventually halted.
The meeting did not turn fruitful, as the decision-makers could only say that they have yet to find a suitable role for her. The implication was that NT has been demoted from the top go-to talents to the ‘we’ll think about it’ list. NT could only do so much, as the decision was handed down. Thus, these days, her projects are slow in coming and any one that is aired must create enough waves to ensure that she would not be relegated to the back.

SM Supermalls Extends Aid, Assistance to Taal Volcano Victims
SM Supermalls, SM Cares, SM Foundation Inc., and Philippine National Red Cross extend urgent relief support and assistance to affected communities via the Oplan Tulong Express booths located in its 12 malls in South Luzon namely SM City Bacoor, DasmariƱas, Molino, Rosario, Trece Martires, Imus, Sta. Rosa, San Pablo, Calamba, Batangas, Lipa, and Lucena.
While SM Foundation Inc. will distribute kalinga relief packs to those affected, SM Supermalls is waiving its overnight parking charges in its 12 malls in South Luzon, where Oplan Tulong Express is available, for the safety of its customers and their vehicles from the ashfall. An initial truckload of over 2,900 6.6L SM Bonus distilled bottled water is presently being dispatched to the various evacuation areas in Batangas.
SM is seeking the support of the public by donating clean drinking water, food, medicines and basic essentials, such as mats, blankets, pillows, water containers, and utensils. Beneficiaries of the in-kind donations include families from barangays in Lipa, Lemery, Sto. Tomas, and Batangas City.

Actor JC Santos revealed Thursday that he is now married to his high school crush, Shyleena Herrera, and that he is about to be a father.
On the sidelines of the press conference for his newest movie "On Vodka, Beers, and Regrets" with Bela Padilla, Santos told entertainment reporter Allan Diones that he got married last September 2019.
He declared that 2019 is the "best year" for him because it was when all his dreams were fulfilled.
"Sobrang thankful ako kay Lord na lahat ng dasal ko, lahat ng pangarap ko, natupad last year... Bukod doon sa career ko, 'yung crush ko noong high school na nabasted ako 15 years ago, nagkita kami ulit at hindi ko na siya pinakawalan," Santos said.
"Siyempre nag-hang out kami for a few months," he added. "Sinabi ko na agad sa parents niya na, 'I want to marry your daughter.' Sinabi ko na agad sa kapatid niya. Nalaman na nila and nag-propose ako, and we got married. And now we have a new beautiful blessing."
Santos went on to share that he and his wife are set to welcome their baby girl next month.
When asked why he kept his wedding and baby a secret, the actor replied: "Hindi namin siya nilihim. Wala lang nagtatanong. Ako naman ang social media ko is about work lang."
