Showbiz Personality (SP) must have thought she could get away with anything, but an incident showed that she has indeed embodied the connotation of ‘showbiz.’ One time, SP accepted an out of town gig and the townsfolk were excited. After all, SP is a reliable, although at times, annoying entertainer.
The call time was late in the afternoon, around 5 pm, as SP would start her routine at 6pm. One thing with gigs is that if it starts on time, then it ends on time. That means there would be no unreasonable delays and everyone’s time would be valued. However, reality is that no out of town show has ever started on time.
Nonetheless, the organizers were confident SP would arrive at the venue on time. Besides, the organizer was a friend of SP from her university days. After sending a text asking where she was, SP said that she was going to be a bit late. An hour past and a message was again sent to SP. This time, SP no longer replied. Naturally, the audience was disappointed. However, three hours later, SP sent word that she was caught in traffic and opted to turn back and go home. Regardless of her excuse, SP had just let down an entire town.
However, there was a twist. SP did manage to arrive at the venue but what she saw brought out the high-brow attitude that matches the negative impression cast throughout her career. She told her handler that she felt uncomfortable seeing the sando-clad, slipper-wearing people waiting for her arrival. It was too municipal for her. She claimed she feared for her safety, as she assumed she was going to be mobbed. Thus, she no longer informed the organizer that she was already in the area. However, what further annoyed the organizer was that SP had the gall to offer to return 50% of her downpayment. Even if SP returns the money, her lack of commitment has already affected the reputation of the organizer in the town.

Ito ang naging tugon ni Arjo Atayde sa tanong kung ano ang estado ng kanyang puso ngayon.
Ito ay matapos lumabas ang mga balita na nagdi-date 'di umano sila ni Maine Mendoza.
Hindi naman nakapagbigay ng kanyang sagot ang aktor nang matanong tungkol sa kumakalat na mga retrato nila ni Maine.
Nang tanungin kung sino ang kanyang inspirasyon, tugon ng aktor: "Basta masaya po ako."
Nitong Huwebes ay pumirma ng kontrata si Arjo sa ABS-CBN.
"After almost seven years nakapirma na rin ako sa network. So, I'm very, very happy," ani Arjo na nakatakdang gumawa ng mga pelikula at serye.
Parte si Arjo nang paparating na seryeng "The General's Daughter" na pinagbibidahan ni Angel Locsin.
Ngayong Pasko ay parte si Arjo ng pelikulang "Jack Em Popoy: The Pulis Credibles" kung saan magkakasama sila muli ni Coco Martin na nakasama niya sa "FPJ's Ang Probinsyano" at ni Maine.
"Very, very thankful for every blessings. It's a blessing, I'm happy talaga," ani Arjo.
