The problem with mixing the personal with the professional is that when an issue that comes up is improperly handled, both can go wrong. Although managements seem to encourage their talents to fall in love for the sake of the fandoms and popularity, they sometimes forget the human side of these people. Talents can be passionate and sensitive like people who do not belong to the entertainment industry. Thus, when problems come up, they might forget their being celebrities and implement solutions that might not be part of the management’s vision.

When management sensed something was wrong with Brass Celebrity (BC) and Popular Partner (PP), they took immediate action. BC and PP were allegedly told that their personal actions can affect their career to the point that most of their projects as a loveteam will be cancelled. Even if there are already plans for their career, everything can disappear if they do not fix their relationship and continue bickering in social media.

BC then started to think deeply. At this point in his career, being with PP is his saving grace. After a failed partnership with Network Talent (NT), BC could no longer return to her to rekindle their original team. NT is too much involved with Another Personality (AP) and there are no plans to break off their partnership. NT found her professional match in AP. By contrast, PP can actually move on to an independent career, as she has proven she has the makings of another important celebrity. Her fans are hers alone and would be there to support her.

Be humble or risk losing everything? BC was faced with those choices. Taking the easier way out, BC went to make amends and make up with PP. Allegedly, BC begged for PP to take him back even if it was just for show. He admitted he needs her for his career and apologized for all his transgressions, including accusations and other issues. Softened by such humility, PP took BC back. Immediately, after patching things up, social media was again full of good vibrations for the pair. All seems to be well, at least for the sake of their careers and that of the management’s interest.
