When a wife finds out her husband is not staying still, she either goes hysterical in confronting her man and the object of his affection or she quietly sizes up the persons of interest. As rumors reached Seasoned Wife (SW) that Her Husband (HH) is seeing Gorgeous Talent (GT) on the side, she was no longer surprised, and thus, did what she thought was right.

Long before coming in the world of the rich and famous, SW was already married to HH. Thus, from their poor and hungry days, she stuck with and did not lose faith in him. Their marriage seemed ideal, and looked up to by many couples. As the family grew, they raised their kids as normally as possible despite being celebrity parents.

Like normal couples, SW and HH underwent problems that almost destroyed their relationship. However, SW was bent on saving their marriage and with a surprising turn, HH turned his focus on his family and turned his back on his old ways. At this point, SW felt secured and hoped that HH would be true to his word.

Then, rumors started to come to SW about HH making time for GT. As HH is a very busy personality, his time is valuable and not being home could mean he is attending meeting or facing the demands of his work. Hence, monitoring his whereabouts can be tedious. As SW only heard of rumors, she decided to see the new alleged object of attention. When SW found out that GT would be part of an anticipated fashion event, she made sure she was invited as an important guest. A VIP seat meant SW would have a close view of GT and assess another one of those women that has taken the fancy of her husband.

While the idea of giving up on her marriage because of an alleged philandering husband is possible, the idea of losing what is due her as the legal wife and the emotional trauma for the kids would always prevent SW from making noise. Perhaps, SW is banking on the idea that once an alleged mistress finds out that the wife already knows, the former would stay away from the husband. However, the husband is such a ladies’ man and knows the goods when he sees them.
