Just Between Them

The risk in hiring Promising Discovery (PD) to be the partner of Experienced Talent (ET) was quite high, but the think tank seemed to be at wits’ end in finding someone to match with ET. PD had nothing to lose, while ET had a career at stake. Then, the problem was if the audience would see chemistry between the two. As usual, critics dismissed the new partnership, as ET seems not to have luck in leading men.

As soon as the project of PD and ET was shown, the management was impressed with the outcome. PD shone like a seasoned actor, which was a great improvement compared to his early days. ET was surprised, but happy, as the project was successful. Because they won fans over, the next pressure was to project an image that they were falling for each other.

Months passed and PD and ET started spending time together. Their handlers knew the importance of always seeing the two touchy and comfortable with each other. The sweetness they project has to reach out to fans and convince them that something was developing between the couple. However, neither would admit that they are committed to a personal relationship with each other. In local showbiz, admitting to a real relationship can affect the attitude of fans toward their idols and sometimes limit options for new partners in projects.

Nonetheless, rumors have it that the two are more than friends. Even behind the scenes, the two would continually tease each other. Allegedly, the two have been indulging in physical contact without the actual act, as ET does not want to do it yet. So, she basically satisfies PD in their private moments. Those who are in their circle have caught wind of their nickname if PD wants ET to do it on him. Thus, when PD used the name in one of their interviews, ET could only chuckle.
