Failure at Getting Back
When the guest list was being planned, The Partner (TP) of RM snooped around and when she saw the list, she singled out a couple of names. TP told the planners not to invite Female Guest (FG). When BI was informed of the request of TP, he was puzzled, but gave an ultimatum to TP.
When BI was starting out, among those who had helped him was FG and her affiliated company. As they were in a similar line of interest, FG understood the intricacies of building up an investment in the country. Thus, she was of big help to BI. Besides, FG remained consistent in her support of BI. Thus, BI told his team to tell TP that if she does not want to attend because FG was going to be there, then, by all means, she should not go anymore. To miss the event was totally out of the question and thus, TP went with RM. After all, TP has also invested her time and reputation in the venture.
As TP is known to be fiery and someone who never backs away from a fight, she had to do something to sort of get back at FG. The reason why TP is not in good terms with FG could be a million different reasons. Some actually think that the animosity might have to do with envy. Other than being respected in showbiz, FG happens to be wealthy and her family has an extensive hold in a certain sector. Name, respect, and wealth are often coveted by people like TP. One thing for sure is that FG and her family are well-loved in the showbiz industry even if they are not in the entertainment industry. By contrast, TP always has bashers and enemies.
At the party, guests were coming in and mingling with each other. However, TP did not confront FG, but instead, saw a Family Member (FM). In a very subtle manner, TP allegedly pushed FM in an attempt to embarrass her. Although she was shoved, FM regained her composure and pretended that nothing happened. No confrontation happened, much to the dismay of TP. Although TP thought she could get away with her antic, she is now being talked about in the circles as a classic example that crassness and lack of manners can never be covered up with money. In other words, one cannot simply be classy if one has a dark heart.
