She Would Be Another Problem
On learning that PA would play the lead actress in TP, HA reacted strongly and said that she had doubts if PA can measure up. HA definitely knew what she was talking about. She remarked that unless PA does something about her humongous body, her role in the sexy-themed drama would just become laughable.
The truth is, apart from physical flaws, HA has a lot of misgivings towards PA’s work habits. She believes that she and PA are completely opposite and in fact, have nothing in common. HA’s big concern on working with PA is that while she (HA) is a professional, PA would bring problems.
She believes that future production problems that may arise should TP starts rolling with PA in it.
HA related that PA, who is an incurable drinker, always has a bottle with her and would arrive late for taping of her other show OS. There were reports that she has been causing problems on OS affecting her co-stars in the process. Others quipped that the problem has aggravated and it is now PA who is reportedly calling the shots in OS.
The network has high hopes on TP, but at the rate HA has been dishing out her pessimism, will the conflict be greater than expected?

Baby in Viral Video Believed Resurrected
Source: www.abs-cbnnews.com
A video of the alleged resurrection, which went viral on Facebook, showed the grandfather of the child lifting the baby out of the wooden coffin and carrying her out of the church.
The baby was brought to a local hospital where doctors said the baby had no pulse and was dead.
Undaunted, the family of the child brought the baby home where the mother gave the baby milk.
Wena Romarate told ABS-CBN News that her baby had been sick for at least two weeks and had died of bronchial pneumonia last Thursday, July 10.
She said they were supposed to bury the baby when it allegedly "moved" during the Mass last Saturday.
Wena said Fr. Nilo Tabaña of San Isidro Parish Church advised them to bring the baby home, which was swiftly denied by the priest.
Fr. Tabaña said he could not give advice to the family because there were a lot of people in the church when the alleged "resurrection" took place.
Wena admitted that she consulted a quack doctor (albularyo) who told them that the baby still had a pulse and should not be buried.
She admitted that they were still hoping that the baby would still be alive.
On Monday, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur municipal health officer Mary Silyne Cabahug showed the mom a cardiac monitor that showed the baby had no pulse.
"The baby has no heartbeat. Flatline. The baby has no life," she said.
Doctors have advised the family to bury the body since it is now beginning to decompose and smell.
The family is now thinking of burying the baby within the week.

A Probable Case of Drug-Rape?
After a while, TA reportedly got drunk and with HG in company, went out of the bar. They allegedly went to HG’s hotel room to spend the night. Meanwhile, TA’s companions were at their wits looking out for him, since they were clueless of his whereabouts.
The morning after, when TA woke up, he felt his body ached, that rear part of his torso was too painful that he could barely stand up and walk. HG was already nowhere in sight. TA then called up his friend and narrated to him what happened as he remembered. TA recalled vaguely that he could have passed out and had no recollection as to why he was suddenly thrust into HG’s room.
As TA was trying to recall the events the night before, including the drinks he had with HG, it occurred to him that something was put in his drinks that made him passed out. Thereafter, it was then that he realized he was raped. Yes, HG raped him!
TA got the scare of his life. After coming back to his senses, he realized that what happened was serious and that he needed to have himself checked and treated asap.
True enough, the doctor confirmed his suspicion, TA had lacerations. Reportedly, repair/treatment had to be done on him that required long days of rest. As a result, TA's flight home was delayed and was unable to work for weeks.

Letter from a Reader: Beware of MGE Taxi Driver!
I just want to send a warning to your many readers.
Today, July 11 at around 4pm, my 10-year old daughter and I boarded this taxi cab in Katipunan, just right outside my daughter's school.
I told the driver to take us to Eastwood. I already sensed his apprehension but he still drove towards Eastwood so I thought it was okay with him.
The traffice was horrible. It was slow moving and we hit a couple of gridlocks. The driver, I noticed, kept on snorting in disgust. I ignored it. Later, he was already whining "haay! ang trapik! lugi tayo nito!" "kala ko ba naghihirap ang pinoy, eh bakit ang daming sasakyan sa kalye?" My daughter and I just looked at each other and did not reply. But when he said, "tanginaaaa! tatanga ng mga drayber!" referring of course to the other moving vehicles around us, I told him "manong, may bata ho kayong pasahero. wag naman kayo magmura." He kept quiet and stopped whining.
When we got to Eastwood, our fare was at around 170. I gave him a whole 200 bucks. He looked at my 200 and said "plus 50 mo na. Trapik eh! Dapat nga di ko na kayo sinakay!" I told him, "Binigyan kita ng 30 na sobra. Ako ang mag dedecide kung dadagdagan kita. Hindi ikaw ang magdedemand. Kahit saan ka pumunta, matrapik talaga." I, then, went down and joined my daughter who was already standing by the sidewalk.
To my surprise, the driver came out of the taxi and started screaming in the middle of the street "Hoy! Bayaran mo ang oras ko! Bayaran mo ko ng tama!" I was so shocked. I called the guard of Eastwood and told him that the driver was harrasing us. The guard shooed him away. The driver kept on screaming the same words and the guard led him to enter his taxi, telling him he was causing traffic. My daughter then told me to enter the mall and leave the taxi driver.
Good thing I was able to take a photo of him and his taxi details when he was ranting on our way to Eastwood. I already had a suspicion he was up to something.
Beware of this driver!
Thank you FP for publishing this.
Very truly yours,
J. Joya
