Let’s Get Loud And Party

Everyone lives somewhere and no matter where that is, you have a neighbor, near or far. You may love where you live or wish you were somewhere completely different, either way, everyone wants to feel safe and connected. By being neighborly, you increase your sense of security and home pride.
Locally, there are socializing activities in some subdivisions, even in the more affluent communities. The neighborhood associations make it a point to initiate socializing among neighbors NE in order to foster friendship and camaraderie. Knowing the people around you can bring a sense of security. Good neighbors are great—who doesn’t want them, right?
Peaceful co-existence with NE is an etiquette that has to be observed at all times. No friendship can result if we are not good NE ourselves. If we can not offer friendship, at least being polite and considerate is the least we can do. As NE, we should respect each other's space and comfort zone. But if you’re the type who does not give a damn to your “kapitbahay,” then, that might spell issues or trouble in the long run.
If this Controversial Actress CA who lives in an exclusively gated community will not shape up, she might just find herself in shame if her troubled neighbors continue with their plan to petition her for eviction. CA is now a major concern for them. She seems so inconsiderate and stubborn with the noise generated by all the drinking and partying in her house. According to the NE, it’s alright to party, but if you’re constantly being kept up at night because of the noise, then it's a different story.
Residents also see the presence of CA’s boyfriend who comes regularly. These two seem to hit it off because they share one thing in common – the love of the booze. Needless to say, when you are so consumed by alcohol, you let your hair down and party with great abandon. Who cares about the neighbors?

The Naughty and the Boastful

multi-talented, he has somewhat established a loyal following through the years.
To his everlasting credit, apart from his sex appeal to women, AH is a professional when it comes to his career. He may not be on top of the game, but he is neither at the bottom. As it is said and believed by many, the most stable position is in the middle.
If AH plays his cards right, he might last long in the business inspite of his macho definition and/or reputation…just like those iconic playboys before him. But right now, no one can say with finality what fate hangs in the future of this very naughty guy. He is definitely not that young anymore, yet his playfulness with women hasn’t diminished a bit.
AH shares a dressing room with a Co-Star CS in a program. One day, CS turned up earlier than his usual call time for the show and proceeded directly to their common dressing room. But he found the door locked. He knocked, but no one answered. He wondered who was inside since he and AH are never into the habit of locking the dressing room door. When no one still opened the door, CS kept to himself and quietly waited.
A few minutes later, the door finally opened. Then whoa! 3 girl dancers of the show emerged from the room – followed by, you guessed it right – AH! CS could not utter a word, but of course! There goes AH’s playfulness – everywhere is a playground.

Can I Get a Discount?

What is it with most celebrities that in spite of their huge earnings, there is always that craving to want and get excited about getting gifts, freebies, or just about anything that is free?
Television Personality TP and her "partner" went out to dine in a posh restaurant specializing in pricey steaks. TP sought out the Restaurant Manager RM and told her that she would tweet about her dining experience in the place and put a photo of the food and steak in her social media account(s). RM was surprised with the gesture and thanked her. Right at the moment, TP took the opportunity to request for a discount for the effort. In other words: TP wanted an ex-deal for tweeting! MR although caught off-guard, was kind enough to grant her a big discount.
The next time around, TP went to the restaurant again. And once again, she had a chat with RM and told her that the previous tweets she did about the restaurant had resulted in so many responses (retweets, favorites), and explained to RM with pride that this kind of interaction will mean more sales and business for the restaurant. RM was more generous this time and gave TP free dinner! Of course, TP was more than delighted.
The third time, TP went there again, requested to talk to the manager once more, perhaps hoping for a special treatment. But alas, TP was told that RM was not at the restaurant at that time. For the first time, MP had her dinner – paid without discount. But unknown to her, RM was just around the restaurant all the while. She just decided to hide from TP as her request for discount is getting to be a habit – a big, bad habit for business.
