Over the years, DP has been in the forefront of his expertise and finally, his network decided it was time to settle him in a project that was soon to be heralded. However, when DP learned the other leads and saw that FC would be part of the project, he became hesitant. The professional that he is, DP kept his thoughts to himself.
DP and FC have an awkward semblance of a relationship. As they work in almost the same circle, it was not uncommon for them to bump into each other. Even if FC is committed to her boyfriend, this relationship does not stop her from sending seemingly innocent messages to DP. Allegedly, FC has sent texts hinting at indecent proposals to DP, who merely shrugged off the messages, even if FC says it would just be for one night. However, the messages became frequent and DP realized he has to inform the production heads of such dynamics.
Given that DP was not reciprocating, FC accepted that she is not DP’s type. According to rumors, FC has a thing for boys even during the time she was still in the university and thinks of herself as liberated. Thus, if she succeeded with DP, he would have been some kind of trophy.
The first formal meeting of FC and DP was, of course, awkward, given their behind-the-scene dynamics. Nonetheless, their project continued. FC is very good at her skills and DP is highly respected as well. Their project went beyond expectations.
Then, one day, DP felt the burden off his back. A rumor is circulating that the production is considering easing out FC from her projects slowly because of an alleged scandal involving her. The network is very strict when it comes to any possible incident that could tarnish its reputation and that of its talents. Thus, before anything could become full blown, the heads decided to take action. For now, DP can relax, as circumstances paved the way for FC to be away from him.
