Ballistic Personality

Industry Personality (IP) has been in the entertainment industry for quite a time now, but has yet to rise above the ‘starlet’ tag. While IP has appeared in many projects in television and cinema, and has moved from one network to another, major fame eludes her. Talents who came after her are more popular and achieved stardom quicker. Although she might not be popular in terms of having fans, IP still makes headlines once in a while by getting into controversies and being linked to her more famous actor friends. Nonetheless, even if people cannot recall her name, IP’s stance and looks would still make heads turn. As to why IP’s stardom seems elusive might be due to one very important factor and it’s not even talent.

An incident that was witnessed in public could probably give a clue as to why IP is not that popular. When her vehicle stopped in front of a building, she went down and so did her driver. The driver then opened the trunk and lifted a box. After carrying the box a few steps away from the car, the driver accidentally dropped it. IP went to her driver and started berating him, like he did a criminal act.

People who were around were shocked that IP could turn ballistic over a minor incident. The driver was embarrassed in public and IP’s behavior did not escape unnoticed. Accordingly, people who saw IP lost their respect for her at that moment. Incidentally, IP’s attitude toward ordinary folks is so much different than the character shown by her closest friends, who are often seen volunteering their services and calmly talking to everyday people. It’s not just talent, but character matters for someone in the entertainment industry to gain followers.
