Disappointing Expectation

The lesson that Talented Performer (TP) should learn is never to leave his mobile unattended, as someone might tinker with his files and discover secrets. For a moment, TP absent-mindedly left his phone with one of the staff members of a show. TP was in a rush to be in the audience section to watch the performance of His Declared crush (HD), and he must have forgotten the incriminating data in his photo folder.
In one of the relaxing moments in the show, TP was teased about who his crush or his interest was leaning to. Shyly, TP confidently shared on air that he admires HD. TP cannot be faulted, as HD is indeed a beautiful lady. Later on, the friends of HD told her about the feelings of TP toward her. She blushed, as she also admires TP for his talent. After some time, the two started exchanging texts and friendship was evolving.
As HD has an interesting family, TP wanted to know the family members better. TP started to ask about the Good-looking Sibling of HD (GS) and TP shared stories about her relationship with GS. Then, one time, HD and GS visited the studio for a performance. Finally, TP was able to meet GS personally. Some kibitzers noticed the different disposition of TP toward GS and silently thought that love was in the air. Of course, this thought was dismissed immediately.
While the friendship of TP and HD continued, HD started to wonder why TP always had many questions about GS. Perhaps, it was TP’s way to get to know about her, too. HD was courteous and played along. As a child, she and GS have always had a kind reputation and a mean attitude toward anyone was out of character.
Then, when HD and GS went to perform together on the show again, TP got excited. That was when he left his mobile with someone else. Unfortunately, that person did open his phone and was not at all surprised that TP kept many photos of GS in his folder. The staff smiled and wondered if rumors about TP were indeed true.

Director Cathy Garcia-Molina admitted that she did not expect that her tweets will spread like wildfire after she answered a fan about her thoughts on possibly working with James Reid and Nadine Lustre for a movie.
In her previous tweets, Direk Cathy cited what she supposedly heard about JaDine from their previous directors Dan Villegas and Tonet Jadaone when asked by a netizen if she is willing to work with the tandem. The director received criticisms after posting the tweets
In an interview with the press, Direk Cathy explained, “Kasi sobra kasi akong tanga sa social media. Kung hindi niyo napansin ‘yung Twitter account ko bagong-bago ‘yun kasi nga hindi ako marunong, ang alam ko lang ‘pag like ako ng like. Ang followers ko nga ang kokonti eh kasi kakabukas ko lang nga. Ang akala ko pag ni-replyan mo ang isang tao siya lang ang makakakita. Nong marami nang sumasagot don ko lang na-realize na my god ang dami pala,” she said.
She further explained, “Tapos ang dami ng sumusundot na kung anu-anong reactions so kaya pala nagalit kasi ganito. Halika talk tayo privately, tsaka ko lang siya inaya [yung netizen], kasi hindi ko kasi alam na hindi private. At sabi ko nga siyempre ang Twitter wala namang tono, just like messages, di ba?” she said.
The director extended her apology to those who were affected by her tweets. “Ako talaga I would like to apologize, no? I have no intention whatsoever na i-demean or siraan, bakit ko naman gagawin ‘yun?” she said.
