A Preference for Much Attention

Joining showbusiness requires one to be prepared for the unwanted attention coming from fans and the like. After appearing in front of the camera, a celebrity has to accept the fact that his/her every movement in public will be watched and even recorded by interested followers. Hence, some celebrities would rather stay away from the public eye, and thus, forego, activities because of the unwanted attention coming from patrons of public places.

By contrast, Bewildering Personality (BP) loves attention to the point that she actually could turn a situation to her advantage. Active in various social media platforms, BP has amassed a number of followers, who provide her with positive and negative comments. Her accounts attract all types of netizens because of her interesting posts, which provide a glimpse of her life and choices.

Although BP gets to break the Internet with her posts every so often, people observing her accounts are alarmed. BP seems to be quite a woman of the world, who does not care at all for how people would perceive her. All she wants is to be herself and let the world know about it. She is not bothered with comments focusing on her posts that show much of her skin. BP would merely lapse into a cliché of ‘If you have it, flaunt it’

Consistent with this attitude is her love life. It seems that BP would always be in a relationship, that is, a new one every so often. Thus, conservative people are uneasy with the image BP is projecting. Though she is single, she has a tendency to characterize her partners creatively through photos in her account. Controversy often follows her posts, though.

While others are amused at her posts, others think that BP has a deep desire to be in the center of things. She wants the light shining on her consistently. BP is a competent actress, but her network could only give her supporting roles, as most lead roles are allotted to younger talents. Thus, there is a possibility that BP could remain on the side. To make sure she would not be forgotten, she makes use of social media to generate attention. This strategy assures her that she would always have attention, and having followers means that the network could notice her and give her projects.
