Don’t Remain Desperate

When the movies made by Loved Director (LD) started to become one hit after another, viewers started to notice a similar set of supporting actors in the cast. While the lead actors change, the same faces remain in minor, but pivotal roles. The audience did not really mind seeing the same faces because the actors provided the laughs and other needed emotions in various scenes. However, the presence of Reliable Talent (RT) became too obvious such that it invited write-ups and speculations behind his reason for being always in the cast of such movies.

LD and RT often evaded issues that tried to touch on their relationship as director–talent. LD would just say that he needed competent support. Besides, work would be easier if a director has trustworthy people in his team. However, the usual answer was that RT, like everyone else, needed to work. Still, bashers did not rest and started to raise the issue that RT comes from a well-known family and perhaps, he does not really have to work in showbiz anyway. Moreover, the hurtful comments attacked the acting talent of RT.

Nonetheless, the decision of actors to include in the cast is the prerogative of the producer and the director, and LD often had his way. Thus, when RT was not cast in the succeeding movies of LD, viewers assumed that something was not right. RT tried to strike on his own, but he apparently failed. Later on, he realized that his value was synonymous to LD and without him, his career would not move. After some time, he returned to the fold of LD, but things were not the same anymore.

Strange twists happened, and soon, RT found himself all alone, with no back up support coming from LD anymore. Reality became harsh because he could not find projects. Worse, he was not getting younger and even though he tried to be chummy with influential personalities in showbiz, and allegedly, even in politics, regardless of gender, RT is getting lost. However, things are not even rosier, as RT is allegedly hooked on certain substances. On cam, signs of addiction are not obvious, but the grapevine says the talent is into such habits. People are wondering if this habit was made worse by the recent development in his life. However, some are hoping that RT would bounce back and get that break that would bring him back to his feet.
