Between Strategy and Sincerity, Moving to Save Her Career

Once someone makes a decision to enter showbiz, he or she should be prepared to accept that every ounce of fame has a corresponding trade-off, which is losing one’s privacy and independence. Usually, successful and bankable talents owe their success to their management team, which is often a group under the auspices of large production houses, big stations, and renowned talent agencies. Fans, of course, are a given. Without them, the career of a celebrity might not move at all. Besides, networks are experts in taking advantage of the viewers to transform them into unwitting fans.

Other than money and fame, another perk of being in the business is falling in love with someone who is familiar with the rudiments of the local showbiz industry. Compared to a non-showbiz partner, actors as partners are expected to have better understanding as well as patience when it comes to the elements in a relationship with a fellow personality. As celebrities, showbiz couples would have to deal with the persisting interest of fans and entertainment writers. After all, love is always the best selling point of any copy.

Although Troubled Celebrity (TC) has proven her box-office power, her management is quite worried that she has been bombarded with a lot of negative feedback in the past months. Even if she had recently accomplished an impressive accomplishment, she shared this event with her Reliable Screen (RS) partner. Thus, TC might not be able to stand alone in her career, and thus, she might deliver as demanded by her management. Moreover, TC has lost some endorsements

To save TC, Influential Head (IH) came up with a wonderful idea to bring back the luster of TC, and this strategy called for TC and her Former Lover (FL) to get back together. IH believes that reconciliation between TC and FL could be met with positive response from fans, which could transform in interest for TC. With high acceptance rate and visibility, endorsements and box-office draw will soon gravitate to TC.

Publicists did not waste time and soon, photos of the two circulated in social media. The common question centered on whether they have gone back to each other. While the sightings of their togetherness brought some interest, rumors have it that FL is no longer interested in TC. Other than allegations that he will soon become a father, FL is enjoying his career. As he is not really expected to bring in the fortune, his recent projects are faring quite well. By contrast, TC has been relegated to the side. Hence, if indeed TC and FL are reported to try love for a second time, people cannot be but skeptical if this move were indeed sincere.
