Newbies in the entertainment industry are reminded to treat everyone, from the utility personnel to the network bosses, with humility and respect. When properly briefed, newbies are told to be respectful towards third parties, such as bloggers, publicists, and movie reporters. Compared to the younger generation of talents, some writers lament that older talents are better at showing camaraderie with them and treat them with utmost respect. Thus, some newbies, who realize the value of good publicity, already build up their relationship with writers and other persons who could add to their visibility in various channels.

For some talents, establishing relationships with stakeholders in the entertainment industry can sometimes be seen in their thoughtfulness in giving tokens and gifts for birthdays and Christmases, daily sending of inspirational text messages, brief calls to ask about the welfare, and recognizing them with simple ‘Hi’s and Hello’s’ when they see each other in and out of the network premises. However, talents are most loved by media personalities when they answer questions on intrigues with details and not just replies of ‘Pass, next question, please.’

When a talent has built strong loyal ties with media personalities, who are connected with tabloids, newspapers, websites, TV and radio stations, he/she could easily ask for a favor or two. Over the years, Pretty Celebrity (PC) has endeared herself with some media personalities, who have given her loyalty in return. As PC has such an amiable face, her having a Sworn Enemy (SE) seems to be unbelievable. While the reason for their rift is still not clear, it seems that PC is not yet done with SE even if their careers have moved on since that incident.

Allegedly, PC told some of her loyal media contacts to write about the flop trend in the career of SE. Stressing that all the projects of SE failed to deliver as expected in terms of box office returns and ratings, PC encouraged her contacts to drag SE down. Even if PC has her projects, she still wanted to bring SE into the picture. PC’s image will be more enticing and more interest will be generated if SE will be made to look bad. Perhaps, it was really a test of who is more supreme in their network. Nonetheless, the plan seemed to have taken a twist, as PC had to deal with some health issues before anything could really be in the works. The following weeks will show if the plans were implemented, that is, old issues involving SE might suddenly be unearthed.
