She Wants Victory for Herself

For a long time, Anxious Actress AA has been feeling frustrated with Her Management HM. AA feels neglected for lack of support from HM for her personal undertakings. With a heavy heart, she remarked that while other talents from other management agencies enjoy massive support from their company, she on the other hand, had to fend for herself like an orphan.

It was for this reason that AA felt she had to assert herself. She approached HM to ask for assistance regarding publicity for her (AA's) Special Project SP. Her fans and the public have long been aware of SP and yet AA feels it seems to have been swept under the rug for lack of publicity. AA lamented that a Fellow Actress FA is so much more fortunate for she has the full backing of her management team on her Big Event BE that was happening soon and which is perceived as colossal.

Thus one day, AA reportedly had a serious talk with HM and requested her to look for publicists to help generate and manage publicity for SP. AA believes that SP needs all the hype it can muster especially at that point where she felt she was being tormented. At the very least, AA needs publicist to control the damage that has gone haywire since she announced SP publicly.

So HM did as requested and began to look for Media People MP that she knows who can help AA execute her desires. However, she was quite surprised with what she heard from some MP that she talked to. MP lamented that it would be such a gargantuan task to polish AA's image knowing how bad her reputation has been to the press from the beginning. AA was even compared to FA who is allegedly her exact opposite. Ouch!

All those MP's remarks and impressions HM decided to just keep from AA so as not to rock the boat further. So whenever AA asks HM for updates on her requested publicists, HM would lie and says she's still looking.

Nervous Kim Chiu Forgets Lyrics, Charms Concert Goers

"Babaan niyo lang ang expectation niyo, ah! Huwag masyado!"

This was Kim Chiu's warning before her solo, acoustic performance of "I'm Yours" at a packed Queen Elizabeth Theater in Toronto, Canada as part of the just-concluded "One Magical Night" tour featuring Star Magic artists.

In viral videos of her number, the 24-year-old actress appeared nervous as she gestured the sign of the cross just before strumming the first parts of the Jason Mraz hit.

Before hitting the chorus, Chiu abruptly stopped, saying, "Nawala ako." The candid moment (seen at the 11:05 mark above) triggered laughter in the audience, who cheered on the "Ikaw Lamang" star as she appeared embarrassed over the mistake.

Chiu managed to get through the number without a hitch, and even had the audience singing her parts towards the end. At that point, she rejoiced over finishing the song.

The actress appeared less nervous a night later in Edmonton, where she reprised the number for another set Canada-based Filipinos.

The "Pinoy Big Brother" winner charmed the audience with her jokes and quips as they waited for the sound system to be set up. She drew laughs for translating one sentence after another from Cebuano, her native language, to Tagalog and then English.

As with her performance in Toronto, Chiu had the audience singing along and literally giving them their share of the spotlight.

The four-stop "One Magical Night" tour concluded last Sunday and also featured Kathryn Bernardo, Daniel Padilla, John Lapus and Marcelito Pomoy.

In videos and photos, Chiu shared on Instagram her fond memories of the tour, crediting the enthusiastic Filipinos there for an "awesome" experience.
