I wish mas maaga marealize to ng mga kabataan, though masaya pa din naman ung ma experience ung mga inom inom at gimiks. Kase kaya pabata ng pabata ang nakaka lifestyle diseases dahil sateng mga 30s to 40s kung ano syempre lifestyle (pagkain) naten yun din ang lifestyle o kinakain ng mga kabataan na anak o pamangkin naten.. unlike tayo nung mga bata pa, lifestyle ng parents naten ang nasusunod so more gulay more sleep sa tanghali maaga mag sleep sa gabi etc. ngayon ang mga bata kaseng puyat ng mga parents nila kaka cellphone at gadgets..

You can never be good to the people you love if you are not healthy. My husband and I always make sure we're practicing healthy habits it always starts within! It's hard but it's totally worth it especially if your everyday life is feeling light and great. Pag healthy ka, you will be able to face every challenge na dumating sa'yo without being too stressed. You will be able to handle pressure.
Also yes, to minimising social media. It just doesn't compromise your ability to think logically, it also spreads hatred and anxiety.
