Tsk tsk tsk. And to think Luis Manzano put his name into this kind of business. I wonder what his Mama Vi is thinking. What a shame.

    2. Teh thats not how it works. May kontrata silang pinirmahan. Investment yan so it comes with risks. Unless mapatunayan na may panlolokong ginawa ang company, then they have to wait kung saan makakarating ang investment nila. Nag invest din ako sa negosyong coffee shop ng friend ko eh sa nalugi ni singkong duling wala man lang akong nabawi pero what to do eh sa nalugi na nga so accept na lang ng katotohanan. Ganern talaga sugal yan.

Never naman naging guaranteed yung returns.

Yun mga malalaking company all over the world pati sa US, ang dami kayang employees na lay off katulad ng FaceBook, Google, Twitter, Cisco etc. Hang in there babawi rin wag lang gipitin yun company baka lalo walang makuha dahil pag gipit sila di na nila ito magagawan ng paraan paikutin ang company

    5. 12:19. Yung investment structure kasi is per branch. Incorporated per branch and may share ka dun.

  3. Sino yun gumawa ng letter? Wala man lang signature ng ceo or business owner?

    1. True. Hindi legit ang letter kasi walang pirma. Should have been signed by the owner or their legal team. Walang accountability.

  4. Wala man lang signatory?

To be fair to flex one, sa previous years na nakakapagbigay sila ng dividends, transparent naman talaga. They will give you the breakdown. The last dividend I receive was August 2022. Semi annual sila magbigay so ideally meron na this Feb.

In short, walang maliliquidate na assets. Ang saklap!

    3. 12:23 yung flex fuel kasi is just one of the businesses under flex one. Meron silang nursing homes sa LA and I think yung hotel sa Boracay ay open rin

      Delete
    4. 12:23 kung nagre rent sila kaya nga siguro sila nagsara ng branch, to stop the bleeding. Baka mas malaki pa bayad sa rent kesa sa kinikita nila from those branches. So in a way they are protecting company assets by shutting down locations they know will lose money.

  5. Walang office address, telephone no. and who wrote the letter. Just plain letterhead.

How about Manzano's statement that Flex owes him 60M php??? Naku palubog na tlga yan

    1. Di mo pa binasa ng tama, Flex Fuel kasi. It's a gas station chain under Flex One company. They also have convenience stores at yung nursing home sa US

    2. Gas stations /Petroleum company. New player. Madami sa South (Batangas, Cavite and nearby cities)

      Delete
    3. Chain of gasoline stations na may Lucky Mart convenience stores, then they expanded to a hotel business in Boracay and Batangas at may plano pang health facilities. Nanawagan sila ng investors para jan, I'm not even sure kung may hotel talaga na nagawa.

    4. Ako rin never heard of it.

Bakit walang pirma? Legit ba?

  9. NBI is already investigating you shady business.

And until now gamit nila ang mukha niya sa company nila? I just find it sketchy.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Si luis na mismo nag sabi that your company owes him millions of money and that as a result he have filed a case.

    ReplyDelete
  12. 12:36 Agree. I heard they were still using Luis’ name in their meetings with some investors despite Luis ‘ resignation.

  13. Nakow! 1st line pa lang ay taas kilay na. "Smear Campaign'?
