The Kept Woman: Reality Star Turned Mistress

This actress was an alumna of a prestigious reality television show. When she graduated from the show and eventually joined show business, her superb acting skills immediately caught the attention of many industry critics. She was tagged as one of the most promising talents in her batch and that is why many were shocked when she decided to end her acting stint abruptly. According to her, she left the limelight because she wanted to live a simple normal life.

The irony here is that her life was never really simple after she quit the business. On the contrary, her lifestyle became sophisticated and glamorous. Overnight, she transformed from a simple girl from the North into a posh globe-trotter who only wore designer clothes. How did this happen?

The answer is very simple. Instead of working, she opted to be the kept women of a wealthy controversial public servant who has an ill reputation both in the Philippines and overseas. Together, they had a good run until many new girls started to enter the picture. This gave the reality star an excuse to end her relationship with him. Perhaps, the real reason behind was she has saved enough money that is why she opted to move on. Recently, this actress has been staging a comeback by accepting minor roles in movies and television shows. No one dared to dig up her past because she is being protected by her manager who is rather influential in the industry.

    I think I know her. Her life was once featured on a long running show. She was last seen on a soap opera before going MIA.

    On her comeback, she appeared on the book 2 of a soap opera that starred a famous sexy star. Though her role was very short.

    oh yeah.. I remember briefly she has a quick stint after that reality show. She indeed has a potential, acting wise. I thought di lang na build-up ng network niya hence nawala.     Thank you commenters and google! I know na. And I went to that FB fan page and, whoa! Chanel bags galore! And I saw a Birkin, too! It also seemed like she was being chauffeured around in a Merc. Also, from the albums, there was one with the title "A Day in the Life" and all the pics were of her shopping in Fully Booked. What a life!!

    Also, she looks old for her age. In some of the pictures in that FB fan page, she looks 10 years older than she is (I'm assuming she's in the same age group as her other reality show batchmates).

    i find her fan page weird cos the admin seems to have photos of her daily and out of tje country trips and yet pag nag-cocomment ang mismong fan page admin, parang fan kuno, like in her new york album, the fan page administrator commented "ang ganda talaga ni ___, kahit may allergy''. so if it wasnt her who made the page, how would the administrator have all pics and know na may allergy. and if sha namn ang admin, ang weird nya, binibuhat sarilng bangko.

    And, thanks, guys. I think I'm a very resourceful Googler, but the auto-complete function really should take all the credit. And! Ang galing! People have really been searching for "actress and politician". Because once you start typing her name, "actress and politician" is already one of the auto-complete options, and it wasn't before! All because of FP!

    Ok. Here's a step-by-step guide to figure this out:

    If you don't know the girl and the politician:
    1.) How to figure out who the girl is:
    - Google the name of the TV show and add the first letter of the girl's name, and the auto-complete options will give her name OR
    - Go to the Wikipedia entry of the reality show, and her name will be on the list of finalists

    2.) How to figure out the actor politician
    - Google this "Girl's name and". As usual, Google will do the rest for you.

    i knew the girl right away but not the politician. google helps talaga! = ) the man is so riccccccccccccchhh ha. nevermind the face nlng. at least she's wise and practical if indeed she saved a lot. the relationship was bound to end anyway.
    as for FP and those who critique your writing style, please don't mind them. you cannot please everybody and eventually you'll get the hang of writing well. there may be some errors in grammar, spelling etc. but aren't we all human?
    you keep a lot of people entertained, including me, and guessing the blind items is good exercise for our brains. it's true that your chikkas are by far more challenging than our daily office work!
