DeleteI get you two. It’s our tradition to watch US Open every year. I played tennis and I like the whole ambience at the Open not until lots of rowdy blacks when William sisters started. Overtime they got tamed though.
DeletePersonally, I don’t want too many pinoy in one place. Maybe the filam yes but the noisy boomers, no. Tennis is a classy sport like golf and skiing.
Same thing with the expats in Pinas, they don’t want to hang out with their own countrymen.
We don’t wanna be stereotyped.
Love and happy for Alex but I’ll skip watching her match just to avoid the noisy pinoy crowd. Sorry gotta be true with myself. 😂

ReplyDeleteShe’s very patriotic. Now, new fans of tennis start learning tennis, how’s the scoring in the 4 grand slams sp on tie breakers. Semi western grip to continental, slice and top spin. And you’ll get hook watching tennis even without Alex playing. You’ll stop yelling in the middle of ball in motion and unforced errors. These are really very distracting and the umpires should throw you out.
If you can afford take 10-20 tennis lessons and play at least 3x/week sp the young generation. What’s happening is great for young pinoys, very promising. Get your racket, GAME, SET, MATCH! ❤️

ReplyDeletebasics that you must know, you cannot sign on a flag, you cannot use it as to cover a statue, you cannot use it to create a dress or clothing, you cannot leave it on the floor, flag has a proper way of folding.
Hindi lang pala sobrang ingay na wala sa tamang lugar ang problema sa mga pinoy fans na nanonood kay Alex. Pati din pala sa pagrespeto sa flag natin, marami sa kanila ang clueless at walang pakialam. Andami sa audience ngayon ginawang scarf o balabal ang flag natin tapos may mascot pa na ginawang kapa ang flag. Tapos ang makikita mong reaction ng iba sa socmed ay nakakatawa daw or cute, wala man lang nakapansin na bawal yun sa batas.
ReplyDeleteACtually even dun sa SEA games last year, madaming gumawa nyan even some of the athletes themselves. Ginawang cape at balabal ang PH flag tapos wala man lang matatanda na sports official ang nagremind sa kanila na mali yun. So disappointing.
