His wife and kids begged ADMU to not give him authority over young athletes- they did not listen and chose to protect him and hide him from the wife and kids. ADMU led a wolf to their sheep farm. Eversince naging coach yan, maraming muntikang malunod sa training and pasaan sa iba pang regimen niya. He breaks them in the name of coaching.

DeleteAre you kidding? Kaya nga may due diligence. Coaching gives you authority/power over the entire team- staff and athletes. Buhay nila. Di ba nga if you recruit pilots, kailangan may psychological assessment at personal life disclosure? They need to know the history and psychology of pilots because they will be responsible for so many lives. Coaches are kind of like that - they are the captain, the pilots of their vessel. You need to know their personalities, history that might impact their ability to lead, to protect side by side with their skills.

He may not be at fault for the current but he is the reason why the two athletes were swimming there, a well known area with strong current. Meaning, if, for example, I am the Adult in charge, and I took young students to an area that is well known for it being dangerous, I am being negligent and at fault if they are harmed.

How can two, young, healthy athletes die while you’re the Adult in charge? There is definitely negligence on ATENEO’s part, but they won’t even do anything to appease or help the impacted families. ATENEO is not a safe place. They prefer to maintain their “prestige.”
