ReplyDeleteI had a bad experience sa Grab! Galing ako airport tapos chika kuno si kuya, sabi niya san po kayo galing mam na bansa? Sabi ko sa UK po kuya. Sabi niya, foreigner asawa niyo mam? Sabi ko opo. Sabi niya, "masarap ba mam saka malaki?".. "yung pagmamahal niya mam"? Grabe I was frozen with what he said and natakot ako so hindi nalang ako sumagot. Habang may kausap pa siya sa videocall. Nag side comment pa ng "laki ho ng inyo kasi mam kaya nagustuhan ka siguro ng foreigner" (given that I have big chest). I asked him to drop me off somwhere na malayo sa tinutuluyan ko. When I got back to the UK, I filed a complaint against him. Nagreply naman but I didn't know what kind of sanction pinarusa sakanya, kung tanggal ba or suspended lang. These kind of people!

ReplyDeleteDapat isama ng LTFRB sa rules sa mga ride-share companies na KARGO nila ang pag sampa ng kaso sa driver nila na ganyan. Safe spaces Act ata tawag dun . Sila ang may responsibility mag initiate ng complaint against their driver basta may documentary evidence from the passenger. And the passenger has the option to actively participate in the case or not. Kasi tayong mga passengers essentially , is dealing with grab, hindi rekta sa driver. So sila kausap natin.. Aila naman ang kausap ng driver, in which case, sila mag sampa ng kaso . Otherwise, ikaw na ang paying oasse ger, ikaw na na astos, ikaw pa mapapahiya at mapagod at gagastos sa kaso. UNFAIR.
