Im not rich but I have 3 nannies, 1 for my twins, 1 for my 7 year old who has autism and the other 1 is all around yaya. I earn around 300K monthly, so if afford ang nannies why not? Focus ako sa work ko and I want to spend my spare time bonding with my kids kaya marami ako helpers.

DeleteLol 2:38 pinalaki din akong may yaya and when i moved out of pinas, a lot of privileges were left behind too. I had to learn to do everything and unlearn being dependent on other people. So i lived two experiences kaya wag mo akong sabihan ng lifestyle ng mayayaman kineme. It’s so ridiculous that this lifestyle is being glorified by ppl like you when it literally screams extravagance. In simple terms, it looks like hindi kulang ang sustento, sobra lang mag expect si ellen.

ReplyDeleteUsapan ng maayayaman yan. Ang grocery namin sa bahay with 4 people eh around 40,000 a month with mostly normal pinoy lutong ulam. Kulang pa pala sa isang toddler ang 50k. Sa US kinukwenta ang number ng stays ng bata sa isang parent, pag di kinukuha dagdag bigay sa Nanay. Kung nakay Derek din si Lily lagi, ang laki talaga ng 100k. Pero siguro ganyan ang mayayaman, baka may mga lessons na yan na mamahalin.

ReplyDelete2 nannies meaning hindi nya trinatrato yung mga yaya na parang kalabaw. As a yaya meron sila reliver, so as a human they too can properly rest. Ellen needs more yayas for herself kasi hindi nya naman e spent time nya to be aligaga sa anak, sa career, sa paglilinis ng bahay. Iba ang afford ng mayayaman kaya hindi rin yon kayang e grasp ng hindi nila ka status. At kaya lang naman umalma si Ellen, kasi magpa PR si DE na mali-mali. Ayan explose ni unfiltered Ellen.

When I got pregnant with our child who is now a teenager, we talked to our financial adviser to get insurance for our kid, of course, for a more secured future. So, need to consider the cost of education, which university you want for your child, etc, to come up with an estimate of the total insurance cost and the premium you need to pay.
ReplyDeleteWhat we learned from there was it is NOT cheap to raise a child if you want to give them the BEST that YOU can give.
As parents, we have different perspectives of what is best for our child. So, that P50k may be too much for some and not enough for others. Kung ang focus nyo lang para sa bata ay ang day-to-day expenses nya, siguro enough or maybe sobra nga yan, although sa iba, kulang pa rin yan. Pero kung ikaw ang klase ng parent na kumukuha ng investments/insurance para sa anak mo at a very young age, earliest I think is 3 months (?) in the womb, kulang yan. To each his own.
Hinamon daw ni Derek ng suntukan yung kapatid ni Ellen??? Well kung ganyan kabastos aba eh pahirapan mo. He deserves to be called out. Mayamang walang modo, kalalaking tao
