This is with CARA po. Actually the main purpose kung bakit pinapagbawal nila is they are forming a group if volunteer to do the feeding. Minsan po kase ang pinapakain ng iba ay mga wet food or may buto which is delikado rin sa cats. I think ang kailangan is scheduled feeding. I saw this in Greenfields, may notice sila na nakapost na wag magfeed ng strays because there are feeders who feed them on a schedule. Atsaka sa isang location lang para dun sila lahat, madali ang clean-up at maintenance. I am all for feeding the strays but we have to accept that not all are animal lovers. I think dapat lang talaga may sistema in feeding the strays. And well, dapat din may TNVR program sila. Pero wag naman totally na hindi pakainin. We are all God's creatures. Have a heart.

Yung kapitbahay ko nakakabwisit. Hilig magpakain ng stray dogs and cats kaya yung harap ng bakuran ko naging tambayan ng mga aso't pusa. Punong puno ng dog and cat poop ang harapan. Yung mga pusa umaakyat pa at don nagkakalat sa loob ng bakuran, sa bubongan, nakakasulasok na ang baho. Araw araw yun lang naaamoy ko.
