Ang off ng smiling selfie with your sick mother. I would never post a hospital photo of any sick family members, nakakawala ng dignidad at privacy especially when you are not looking your best.
The selfie is necessary. Being with sick relatives in the hospital, sometimes, you’ll never know if it’s your last day with them. It’s nice to hold on to a memory. Not everyone has the chance to be with their loved ones. I hope her mom heals soon.
My sister once needed blood and got a tranfusion from a hospital. She ended up having hepa C from it. Sana ayusin natin ang healthcare system sa Pinas. She did survive but with a life long side effect
When my uncle was in his dying state, his daughter posted his photos on FB. I asked her to put them down. I’m sure no one wants their picture in such state broadcasted all over the (social media) world.
When my dad had brain surgery, he had plenty of visitors. No one dared to post a photo on socmed kasi alam nila private ang mga anak at ayaw magpost ng ganyan.
Nangyayayari talaga na nagkakaubusan ng reserved blood sa hospitals. For an open heart surgery, marami talaga need na reserved blood minsan more than 10 bags pa. Ang hindi magagamit na dugo, binabalik naman sa blood bank para sa mga patients na need.
