Ending Her Grouchy Attitude

While everyone is busy making sure that everything will go well oncam during a taping, other details are often doted upon to ensure things are as smooth behind the camera. To keep everyone on the go, food is usually a vital factor in shootings, and networks pay careful attention to the caterer and the services it offers to the staff and the cast.

For her personal reasons, Peevish Actress (PA) has been bringing her own food to her tapings. Even if the food from the caterer is free, PA refuses to eat what is being served to everyone. Her decision not to eat the food is respected, but sometimes, PA could get overboard with her attitude.

During on taping day, the location was in the middle of nowhere and nearby fastfood joints were quite far. Unluckily, PA was unable to bring her own food that day. A few minutes before lunchtime, PA wanted a staff member to buy food for her. However, the distance between their location and the town was too far and would definitely be a waste of time. PA had no choice but to partake of the food given by the caterer.

A few hours later, PA complained that she got sick because of the food she ate. The staff found this complaint funny because no one else, not even a senior actress who is respected in culinary arts, did not have such problem.

Finally, a Head of the Production (HP) called PA and told her that she should not think of herself too mightily and highly. After all, HP reminded PA of her humble beginnings, that is, working in a canteen business herself. That means, PA ought to know the hardship one puts into preparing the food and feeding the staff and cast. PA was unable to respond, as HP attacked her weakness, which is her seeming lack of tact and concern for others. Besides that, the caterer has been with the station for more than a decade with no complaints the way PA has been lamenting. After being reprimanded, PA suddenly said she felt better.
