He Never Learns

Suave Performer (SP) never learned. Over the years, SP established a reputation of a reliable performer. When he stepped on the stage, the audience would go wild, showing their appreciation for his talent. However, SP was still considered aloof as he often dodged the press and shared about his personal life. His aloofness lessened when he got himself entangled with high-profile celebrities.

Despite his seeming low profile, SP has an open secret. SP has been rumored to be a ladies’ man behind the scenes. Using his charm, talent, and fame, he would get in touch with the woman he fancies. His fingers can’t stay away from texting and making his target women know he is interested.

One day, SP set his eyes on Pretty Woman (PW). The problem was PW was already in a very serious relationship. Her Fiancé (HF), though not in the same circle as SP, was aware of the moves and style of SP. PW was so bothered that she let HF know that SP has been sending her DMs.

HF did not take the scenario sitting down but did not resort to violence. Instead, HF merely sent a comment. These days, words can do the job that fists could have done. Public exposure was the powerful weapon of choice. Exposing his sly moves to a younger woman could damage his reputation. Consequently, SP backed off and allegedly no longer followed PW.
